We went for the sorry papi thing that was going on and the bottles were so overpriced than any other club and the bottle service was terrible. It was ridiculously hot in there compared to any other club that gets packed af on the weekend.
called at 9pm beforehand to see if there was a cover to get in the club and the person said $20 over the phone. also asked a couple of questions about dress code and minimum age to get in which is 18 and up. We get there and they tell us $50 because there was a “special event.”We told the ticket lady they said it was $20 over the phone. (Wasted our time driving there btw.) she nicely gave us the tickets for $25. We asked the lady what kind of music the dj was playing she said they played everything. The moment we get in the club the only music they were playing was hispanic music lol. wouldn’t have mind the club if people were turnt but it was sooo dead. if they were honest about the music they were playing we wouldn’t have gotten in the club and wouldn’t have written this review. spent a total of $125 for hispanic music smh.
Absolutely 0% customer service. I messaged them, left them a message with no response from their team about a show and bottle service. By far the worst club/event host possible I’ve ever dealt with. I’m from California and I know how to treat a paying customer when it comes time to reply to messages for big events or concerts. Step your game up asap
I purshase a VIP table to see Oscar de Leon whit my family, and we expect to have a very nice experience but it wasn't , we have to make a line for almost 40 minutes to get inside the club ,the tables are supposed to be only for 6 people but the other 3 tables have about 12 people per table,to many for a small area ,so when the concert begins, all this people get in from our table so VIP don't exist anymore, no securities around to put order ,or at least organize this mess ,but the worst part was at the end of the concert ,we cach one of the guests next to our table drinking our liquor, we decided to leave right away to avoid problems, the new management have no idea how to run a night club, we miss Robert , the first owner, ,probably we never go back to this place ,VIP means pay for privacy, we are not special or better than others ,we are just an educated an respectful family who wants to see a good show.
good night club great atmosphere unfortunately its always empty because cover fee is ridiculous and expensive drinks expensive they should not be charging a few to listen to an unknown unpopular DJ
I purchased two VIP tickets for a lil baby appearance at World. Paid $200 per ticket. Upon arrival, even though the tickets were ‘skip the line’ my friend and I waited over 40 minutes to enter the club. There were many others in front of us in the ‘VIP line’ that had not pre purchased their tickets and were scrambling to get their VIP tickets…people in front of us just arguing / trying to negotiate with staff about their ticket prices or sections…in addition many people were just cutting the line. There was no process for people who had already purchased tickets to enter the club quicker. Once at the club entry stand we were given wrist bands but then shoveled into the building with no direction for where to go for ‘upper level access.’ We wandered the main floor and found a staff member who directed us where to find the stair case to access upper level. Once we finally found a stair case and walked up… there was nobody checking or verifying VIP wrist bands.. anyone was just walking up. By the time we were upstairs/ordered drinks it had been over an hour of a process. I wrote the website about my experience and received no response. Will never book VIP here ever again.

This place used to be amazing but now it's just an empty shell, with horribly unfriendly staff, no options for drinks, no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom and dried vomit in more places than I would ever care to see. It's a shame. On the plus side, the lights and sound system are still great, so if all you care about is the music, it's still a good venue for that.
I've always enjoyed World.. but they have a cash only bar there now that the Promoters for a party I went to the other wkd did not mention. Would've been nice to have a Heads up on the cash bar
I usually don’t make reviews but I went to this club on Halloween thinking I’ll have a good time. I was sadly mistaken. I couldn’t even use the bathroom they kicked us out. The bartender by the main entrance ignored me and was very rude when I asked for my drink. The music was okay but the people there was super rude as well. No one seemed friendly. Everyone was in cliques and just were all stuck up. I wish I had a better time bet unfortunately I didn’t.
