Wow I’m really surprised to find wild wing corporate office located so close to the University location and service is so horrendous! I remember when the Georgia Native started the company and use to take such pride in his business! I was so excited for this brand new shiny re-location opening. My heart is truly broken that a company could stay open and operate like this…
The company that I work for has provided services for one of the franchise locations and corporate will not make payment. What makes matters worse is that you cannot get a hold of anyone that works there. What’s even more sad is the voice mailbox for HR and training is full. Seriously, do not do any work for any of their franchises unless you like performing work for free.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WILD WILD CAFE! I am small business owner that has done almost $4000 worth of work for them that they were beyond satisfied with and have just ghosted me for 6 months. Corporate will not answer phones. Managers will not respond. Now I have to take them to court, they will be responsible for my lawyer fees and what they initially owed me, plus damages. It’s now obvious why this chain in is failing.

I ate a teriyaki salad. was so delicious. Staff was very friendly. Bartender was engaging and friendly. Enjoyed my visit.
We stop in For a quick dinner with wings and beer. The service was some of the worst I have ever had, and any restaurant. They were not busy at all which should’ve been the first sign, the server was extremely hard to flag down and have any service at all. Who took about 45 minutes to come out, it was right and hot, best part of the whole evening. I would not recommend going here. Lots of better choice is closer by

Ordered to go. Waited over 40 mins for some “fresh” chicken. Even if this is fresh out of the dirty oil, you shouldn’t serve a customer this kind of food. Very disappointed.
We had to wait for a long time until food was served. The second beer needed nearly 30 minutes „from tab to table“, although Wild Wing Café had just a very few customers. No reason to return...
