I’ve traveled through CLT about 10 times this year and usually stop here because it’s close to my gate, i can get quick drink and move along. But that comes at a price. The staff’s/bartenders attitudes are just horrible. I get it. You’re an airport restaurant/bar. You’re busy, you have a rush. It’s no reason to treat people like they are less than you. The female bartender of possibly Pacific Islander or Asian decent - Miss 20 years. What a C. Find another career. A friendlier suggestion during your layover is Captain Jack’s Tavern. Mike the bartender is pleasant and welcoming. Pick up a sandwich or food somewhere, sit down there and enjoy your food and drink in an attitude free environment.

After I was seated, I had a technical issue scanning the QR code, and had to wait about 20 minutes to get a waiters attention, and place my order. About 30 minutes later, I received my order. I had the Pulled Pork Sandwich with fries on the side. The portions were generous. The sandwich was fine. The service was fine.

Because I’m on a nutrition plan I could only get the chicken wings with no sauce ? There were so many! I really wanted spicy bbq ? However the plain chicken wings were still seasoned and tasty and perfectly cooked. I hear they have live music sometimes…

This was a nice restaurant. Service was super fast and the burger was amazing. Price was what you expect in an airport. Paid $40 for the burger, fries and 2 draft beers.

Excellent stop if you have a long layover in Charlotte. Food is definitely worth the price, done as requested and efficiently, had live music at dinner. The staff was very nice, welcoming and this is a huge plus as everywhere you go there is a shortage of staff. Most importantly the booze selection is on point, they have draft beers, a reasonable wine selection for the classier people, full bar for those needing more R&R. Really from start to finish was an awesome experience. Lastly, their ordering system is excellent using a bar code specific to your table/seat. Got the order in and beer food came out quick and easy.

I'm not sure if I showed up on the wrong day, but the service was laughably bad. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table, when there were very clearly many available and at least three staff people standing around. When i was sat, nobody came to take my order for a very long time, so I just left. I get it, it's an airport restaurant, but even by those standards, I would not reccomend.

Excellent service and I recommend this place for 100%.The bartender was on top of things and the food and drinks were on time as expected. The host and servers were awesome and I give it some five star.I will be back especially for the sunrise wrap breakfast.Great job team members and great hospitality ?

The store looked amazing.. loved the country bar feel with the bull and decorations. My server miss Victoria was great, made sure all my drinks and wings were perfect.. speaking of perfect, give the fry cook a raise! My hot wing were perfectly crispy, very tender and juicy with just the right amount of spice to call the hot wings Hot!! My drinks were also perfect.. the bar tender really knows his stuff! Super glad I dropped in tonight while waiting on my flight home. Thanks guys for a great meal with greater service!!

As a cookbook author, I feel qualified to say that the food looked better then it tasted. It was run-of-the-mill bar food basically. Burgers, fries, wings etc. The service was friendly but slow. The manager seating parties was completely out of his element. The prices weren't bad. $20 for a burger fries and ice tea. I wouldn't go back. It wasn't terrible bit also not memorable and not great if you're in a hurry.Lisa SteeleAuthor of The Fresh Eggs Daily Cookbook

Service was quick and my club sandwich and fries were yummy. The food of every table around us looked good and people were enjoying their drinks
