Went to this location because of reviews, noticed hardly any cars. Great right? Nope. Only 4 tables being serviced but I counted 7 including a Mgr. The Mgr greeted me and said that one side was closed, bar was full of dirty dishes, we waited 15 mins Mgr reappears no one cleaned the plates off of high top, nor greeted us again and said someone will clear off booth for us no one did after 10 mins we left. Seems to me that the Mgr could’ve stepped in an assisted. This was at 1:35 pm so it wasn’t a peak time. Bad experience zero stars wasn’t an option.
I'm having brunch with my Mom at Waffle House ? on Steele Creek Rd and explained to our waitress how hungry I am and how bad of an experience I had previously. She said, that's not happening today and she's right! Waffle well done, food piping hot and just like we ordered. If you want your food right and on the Southwest side of Charlotte, come to this one or the one on Arrowwood Road and ask for Christionne, she is excellent!
Gotta say this Waffle House was way better then the one me & the family went to a couple of days ago on vacation. We didn’t have to wait long for a table. The waitress was very nice & accommodating. Also the food was great & we had absolutely no complaints at all. Everyone was happy & full.
Awesome service from Pebbles and Crystal. The food was hot and fast service. By far the best Waffle House around. Very clean and overall atmosphere pleasant.
When I tell y’all SLOW AF… I MEAN SLOW AF!I would go into great details, but it’s 4:39 AM, 2 Cooks trying to share ONE GRILL W/ 8 people… there’s no way ONE PERSON IS WORKING on ORDERS FOR OVER 40 minutes, and STILLnot 1/2 way through the order… AMAYA IS NOT THAT GIRL!!! She literally was placing the bacon on the grill like she was trying to sew a blanket or something, just soft and gently.. GIRL IT’s a grill, it will not hurt the bacon. I’m trying to get the other cooks name but NO TAG ON.Please just KEEP GOING, because this Waffle House ain’t IT!
This location can typically get u in and out in a reasonable time. Parking lot could be bigger but there are plenty of spaces in the annex area. Try them anytime of day or night...
I haven't eaten at too many of these diners the food was good portions but nothing makes a dining experience go flat than some one that is lacking in manners or had a bad day or just didn't want to be there. This was my experience no eye contact, many things were forgotten on the first trip around and every time we started to asked, the waitress was acting like she didn't hear our asking for forgotten items orjust in a bad mood being politically correct.Maybe the restaurant was short-handed I don't know but after working 30+ years in customer service and retail 2 other separate parties were sharing that they were feeling the same way that the waitress was walking away when ask about items they ordered. The rest of staff was nice and the food good but I would maybe check to see how busy they are before ordering .
Excellent food, accurate orders, excellent service. Sunshine was the best server! Friendly attitude and assisted other customers!
Just like waffle house, service was good and food was good also. Never had a bad meal at Waffle House! U guys rock. Steak and eggs and pecan waffle for me please ?
Came to get food to go tpday February 6th 2022 3:00 am but the dark skin lady said if I wasn't dining in she was not taking my order but took the guy order ahead of me and his was to go but turnt me down because she was too lazy to pack more food which didn't make since you would rather serve at a table then make my order and I go I felt if I was a man it would have been different
