Ate here today on mother's day and everyone was so wonderful! Tameka was awesome and can't wait to come eat here again soon. Eggs were great and bacon was crisp. One of the best waffle house experiences!!
After an Uber to the Westinghouse Waffle House, I waited for almost 10 minutes inside the empty restraunt for staff to greet me. It was apparent they were busy so I patiently waited. Eventually, the waitresses greeted me and asked what I would like to eat. After taking my order, she and the cook mentioned that they are only doing To Go orders and that I have to wait outside. I explained I Ubered there and have no where to wait. They seemed fine, at that point, with me waiting inside until the order was ready.While waiting, I noticed the cook continously insult and criticisize the waitress on her performance. "Can't you put the tickets in order?", do this, do that. He was extremely demeaning and treated her horribly.If I were her, I would have left.After the food was ready, I thanked them both for everything and told them they are doing a great job. I proceeded outside with the order to wait for my Uber. Noticed a chair outside and took the opportunity to sit and wait there. The Uber was 20 minutes away so I started eating while sitting there.The cook came out, (around 10 minutes after I started eating) irate and told me "it's To Go only you have to leave". I explained "My Uber is on the way I'm just waiting for it to get here." He said "You have to go."I told him "I am not leaving, I paid for the meal and this is the address I provided for them, they will be here shortly". He became increasing difficult and told me to "Get the F out of my chair and leave". I reiterated that my ride was to arrive shortly. He ripped the chair out from under me. He then proceeded to try to fight me. I told him to call the police.After some patrons inside successfully got him to go back inside, I sat back down to wait the few more minutes for my ride. When I sat down, I noticed through the window he went crazy running back around the counter to come outside. The patrons had to intervein to get him to stay inside.For clarification, I had to stay there because my phone died during the course of events and my Uber had only that address.I noticed numerous cameras both inside and outside. I have filed a police report and will provide all necessary footage and documentation for this occasion.

Our server Renee was amazing. It was busy with just her and the cook but she was sweet, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome. The food was great. It was our first time back since Covid and definitely everything we hoped for.
The staff here is extremely amazing and hard working! My friends and I stopped in on an extremely busy night, 2 rockstars were running the entire restaurant. Our order was correct, our food was delicious, the staff kept it professional and fun while under lots of pressure. The two working that night definitely deserve an award, raise, bonus or something for their amazing skills and hard work! Thank you for being you and for the amazing service!
Roaches in the mens bathroom. I ordered coffee and never got a refill even after asking. Normally, when I go to a waffle house, they're refilling my cup within a minute of running out IF they let me run out. Thank you for that. But I was there for 20-30 minutes. No, it wasn't busy. It wasn't that late either.
Westinghouse had the best server and cook. The older gentleman cooked my food to perfection. Best breakfast I had in a long time.
So, the steak and eggs options are not included on the menu(only God knows why) and the parking at this location sucks. However, my 5am cook on Monday morning was Skilled and intuitive. I gott just what i wanted, the way I wanted it. Note of caution tho, cops hang out at this particular joint pretty regularly so that's either a really good thing or maybe for you, a slight worry.
4pm on a weekendWorst place to eat. The place smells and is dirty. The manager felt to sleep and was snoring which it was very disturbing then she started blowing her nose. Didn’t clean her hands and held my card with her nasty hands!!We got sick after eating there. Throwing up and a stomach ache. DO NOT go there.Just rude and nasty place.They shouldn’t be allowed to work with foodJust sad.
