Every time I come they say the exact same thing. Everything is shut down. Can't make anything. This is the 3rd time. I came at 3, came at 4, came at 5. Different days but same results. I live by here and I love the sausage egg and cheese scrambled bowl. This is ridiculous.

Tried 3 times. First time was told they were down.130am,later that day before we went to work I walked over got tea and told them what happened. Next time after 3pm walked in went sit at 1 of the few spots clean to sit. Was told section closed. All employees were sitting at bar. I sat a a semi clean booth and waited 5 min for server(that never came) then got up and left. Now I go and try one more time. Server was great. She looked very tired, asked cook not to press meat cause I need it soft. So she didn't press my burgers she over cooked them and I threw it away cause I couldn't chew the burger. Not returning

Omg the employees at this waffle house are the most beautiful people I have met. I came in for takeout and the vibes and energy was there I'm not sure why people left bad reviews, I would come back everyday if I could the service was excellent.

The place was completely empty. We walked in and the lady seemed annoyed. We sit down and since it wasn't near where she was sitting she says, that section is closed. The table didn't have menus at it so she asked if she really needed to bring us one. Then we order sweet tea, which they didnt have made. I asked if she could make some and she said, I guess but its going to take awhile! In a snappy annoyed voice. I said, don't worry yourself, we're leaving!0 stars!

Was literally just told that they were closed at 3:23am when people were picking up to go orders and people in the resulting actively eating and getting food. Waffle House doesn’t even close on Christmas so when did they stop being open 24 hours??

Our favorite CLT Waffle House - it's always quiet, well staffed, and is delicious! We go for Valentine's Day, and for the 2nd year running have had an excellent experience! Highly recommend this location!!!

Waffle House is suppose to be 24 hours. I’ve come to this Waffle House a number of times and after 2am they decide not to take orders. You can’t be 24 hours if you stop taking orders after 2am. Also, it was not super busy and there was 2 couples sitting inside. Why are you not taking orders?

I went in this place Friday night 2/11/22 around 11:00. There was one server and a cook. The left side of the dinning area was roped off, the bar was open, one table on the right had customers and the other two were not clean. Upon entering the server said I’m only taking carry out orders because it’s after hours and I’m by myself. I said after what hours? You can’t handle 2-3 customers alone? I turned and walked out disappointed in the server and never to return to that store. If I wanted take out I’d have gone to Cookout!! Lazy servers don’t represent Waffle House

We’re in the process of remodeling our kitchen so decided to go a couple miles today to grab breakfast. I first tried to call my order in so that it would be ready for pick up but was greeted by the automated message saying that phone orders would not be taken. I then drove to the location on Hankins Road and placed my order. The chaos begin there after. Rude service and arguing customers. A long wait for food followed by me getting home and finding that I received an incorrect order. I ordered two All-Star breakfasts, one with sausage the other with bacon. I received two All-Star breakfasts but with meat only on one. Not worth going back to dispute as the service and attitude of the employees working the morning Sunday shift would not have been amenable to reason. I understand business are short staffed, but it would be best to close the store and save brand reputation instead of trying to leave it open and scrape a few dollars. Just a thought.

The location would’ve been a 5 easy, but the employee by the name of Ariel was just real nasty. She was bothered because we had 3 separate tickets, she again was rude when my boyfriend asked could the change from the previous order carry over to our next ticket being that there was no change in the drawer. Really, how is that even an issue?? She was argumentative & he had to explain it twice, mainly because she needed to be correct.As we sat and waited for the food to be done we realized we needed receipts for the orders, being that we were there to get food for our employees. She waved him off and asked someone else to get the receipt. Her whole vibe was ugly, and as consumers we’re undeserving of such behavior. The young lady that got the receipts for us was kind, it was her second time assisting us, she was sweeping the lobby and took the time to see if we’d been assisted,
