It’s Waffle House. No complaints at all. It was delicious and filling. I also went sober and in the middle of the day, a very good experience under those conditions.
Terrible customer service
Hands down the most consistently awful waffle house I've ever dined at, and ive dined at many. Service is awful, waitress had our table repeat the order to her 3 times and it was still incorrect.. When told about the incorrect order , the waitress didnt reply and just pointed at the cook who was sitting at the table next to us eatting a waffle. At this point I was still waiting on my waffle to de delivered. It arrived later a d was burnt. This is the 4th time I've eaten at this location in the past year and will be the last. I can understand 1 or 2 bad days for a restaurant, but is an ongoing problem that needs to be addressed. There were several other unacceptable situations related to this vistit... but I think I've made my point.
Total trash. My family was told they were “shutting down” for 20 mins. We waited for nearly a hour and finally went to find out what was happening. Found employees and security person smoking pot. Were told by the trash security guard they were not opening back up. Thanks for leaving your customers hanging out to dry while you fire it up.
They were rocking it this morning! Great staff! Super busy but worth the wait.
We love the waffle house but We may never go again cooks and waitress need hats and hair nets on all that hair all over the place is very nasty and not appealing peace that that rule it will give a clean and more look otherwise I will wait to see if it changes how out of NC some other states they do require this rule and other people complain about they nasty hair hanging all over the place to they butt no one wants hair in their food. Did not bring silverware to any of us. Got some from another customer.Did not check on us.Did not bring my drink.Did not bring half my order.The half I got was mostly wrong.Still made me pay full price.Been coming here for years....... This is the LAST time I come here
Horrible experience. The cashier with the purple braids was extremely rude. Forget about common courtesy. Each time I ordered from that location, she had an attitude as if I were an inconvenience, even for simple items like butter or wheat toast! I've never experienced someone more angry than the customers and I WAS THE ONE WAITING FOR FOOD! Even after the group of women received their order before I did, when I ordered first. I've worked as a server for years and can understand a morning rush, which was why I was patient, but the service was simply deplorable.
Was not good it took the waitress 10 minutes to take a simple order. And longer for her to get a cook and the restaurant only had two people in there.
NASTY!!!!!!! Dirty ! RUDE STAFF…. They roped off a whole section because one of the workers brought her four kids to work… There was available seats at the bar but they wouldn’t clean it for ppl to sit…. The cooks were new and don’t know what they doing…
