We visited this Waffle House on Sunday afternoon on our way home to Jacksonville, NC, and it was the best experience ever. The service was outstanding, all the staff was friendly, they doted on the kids, great conversation and the food was great. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town. Thank you!

Every time I go there. Which is usually around 8 p.m. They always have an excuse not to serve people. The grill is down. They said we're waiting on 3rd shift so you can't eat in. Why does that make a difference. You are supposed to do your job until someone comes in to relieve you. Poor service. Don't recommend. The girl that works around that time is very unprofessional. She's white. Yes it matters what color I say because the black girl is awesome

Food is good, but the service is really sucks, when I finish my meal, I just ask for bill, I would like to pay and leave, however the female server just said please wait, and I have wait for 15 mins to get bill?? And you have keep serving people and ignore me?Also I have ask the bill not only one time.Other people just pay and go , only me stand in front of Counter to waiting a bill.It doesn’t make any sense.

Not sure I’ll return. There was almost a fist fight between the manager and the employee. It ended up being a screaming match and it made everyone waiting uncomfortable. I would have left but I had already been waiting a while for my food. The manager was the aggressor, bragging about the number of tickets she obtained, and also threatening the employee. And she had taken my order. I even tried to encourage her to cheer up as I was paying for my bill and I was given an attitude. It was extremely unprofessional. And is a bad look for the company.

I have been going to Waffle House for over two months!!! They don't care if they serve you or NOT!!! AND the language the use is Discusting!!!!!

I will never return. At dawn, it seemed as if both PM & AM crews were loudly partying to gangster rap. Workers cursed using the F & SH words. No tea or apple butter. A minor + adults loudly loitered outside. Employees claimed that the minor was 'homeless'.

About the house I just had a very large crowd of people before I arrived. When I walked in I was not offered a seat, a menu, or even a cup of coffee. When I finally got somebody's attention and ordered some breakfast I couldn't get them to bring me anything to drink. Then when my food was brought out it was in to go bags, I checked the bags and there was no fork to eat I asked for one and was told that all of the disposable forks were gone. So I got up and left having wasted all that time and money for food I couldn't eat. This is the worst waffle house ever.

Before i walked in felt funny seeing an employee smoking in front of the establishment. Walked in with the wife, table wasn't wiped down and the menu that was on it was sticky. Server brought out silverware, and when I pointed to them she said it was water spots. I pointed out some black stains on the silverware. We excused ourselves and walked out. Unsanitary

At 145 am they told me to wait 30 minutes. Both employees were sitting in their cars and the doors were locked. Waited 40+ minutes, go to the door because they are still just sitting in their cars even tho there were other cars of people waiting too. The girl rolls down her window and says the register is broken. The other employee probably wouldn’t have told me to wait 30 min if that was the case. Is it policy to chill in your car when the register breaks? At least have your lies match up. Don’t have me sit there for 30-40 minutes when you have no plans on serving me anyway. Could see that almost every table was dirty and had food and plates on them. I get it’s Waffle House but that’s just straight up laziness and lack of common sense. All these reviews say the same thing so I guess it’s a management issue too.
