Went here got a all star nothing special it was Togo so I tipped according to that. However next day I see that they changed the tip amount. So now I got to go there and confront the girl who did it. I know exactly who! it was the white girl who had her kid up there while she worked. She can keep the tip apparently she needed more than me. The principal still stands and that’s why I’m on the way there now. How she think I wasn’t going to notice the tip amount change. Like it’s 2022 I get notifications on everything.
It is 9:18 pm on a Sunday night and I was trying to get a quick meal from traveling back home this is the second time coming to this location you’re not allowed to sit down and they’re constantly saying that they’re on a wait but outside smoking a cigarette this is the second time on different days that I was told this either you need new employees or new people to run this establishment DO BETTER!

I haven't been to a waffle house since my club nights in college, exactly four score and seven years ago. I met a friend of mine in Charlotte for the weekend and she was adamant about getting Waffle House because there aren't any in NY(where she lives). The food was sooooooo good ????????? I had the cheese steak bowl and a waffle. ? That thing was literally like heaven in a bowl. The meat was tender and seasoned to perfection, the potatoes had the right amount of crisp AND they had A1 sauce. Oh how I'd forgotten how good this place is!!! I will definitely hit up the waffle house on cheat days from now on. As my kids say "Bro, that was bussin".
Derogatory comments made out loud about customers, loud enough for them to hear it. Rude and short staffed yet 2 employees probably Mangers standing around barking orders at customers waiting to be seated. Never been to a waffle house like this one. Very interesting! Turns out my waitress was very nice. I got lucky!!!
Had to stand and wait to be seated. Only half of the place was being used because of lack of staff. Still had good service and food. Would go back.3 stars because I think the hole place should have been opened up.
Arrived at 6am with grandkids in tow. While parking we saw at least four employees inside, one of whom was eating at a table. Upon entry we were told they were doing take out only. A bit over staffed for just take out … and so much for that advertised dine-in 24 hours per day!?
The young lady taking our order really acted like she did not want to be there. We couldn't sit down and eat they had everything blocked off. That's all fine and understandable considering staff shortages and everything. But there were three workers there surely someone could have cleaned the tables and the floors in the areas that were blocked off it was a very bad look.
Stopped by for lunch on Saturday and couldn't get a seat - plenty of employees, but after 15 minutes of waiting and getting yelled at for sitting at the bar (they kept saying wait until it's cleared, but every bar seat had dirty dishes and plenty of employees were working, yet no one was bussing dishes) I decided to walk away. Too bad this location sucks.
This Waffle House has kind staff and tasty food. What I don't like is how dirty this place is. Do yourself a favor and order delivery or pickup (and don't look around) ???Gross, but I was raised in Jersey and sometime I need a 2 am BaconEggNCheese.
