Very friendly the best cook I didn’t get his name this morning I usely want eat at Waffle House but this morning was great visiting from va thanks

This was the best. They had a reset and we watched the team work together to get everything cleaned up. As someone who works in the service industry I loved how the manager was explaining why it took longer. To see all these employees working so hard was amazing. I hope the franchisee appreciates his employees who show up to work. We will definitely be back!!!
It’s loud inside and the parking lot looks like a trash dump, but this looks like a rough part of town. Service was good and friendly but the woman was probably training because she forgot to put in our order and we never got silverware. After 20 minutes of waiting for our breakfast we asked very nicely after noticing everyone around us had been served and was leaving, and they were very apologetic. The order went in right away and as a bonus they brought us a big plate of bacon! You can’t go wrong with bacon! The food was outstanding with perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, hot buttered toast, which called for me to make scrambled egg bacon sandwich … Yum Yum! We would definitely come back and we left a huge tip to let the trainee know the beginning of any job can be a tough learning curve. ignore the outside and come in for good food.
When we came in, we saw some tables were closed off but some people were sitting so my friend tried to ask if it was takeout only. Staff rudely told him to get in line. He asked again if it was takeout only or dine in, and they finally told him they were only doing takeout. Even other customers were surprised. Staff seemed to be nasty to everyone. We decided to leave without purchasing any food. Would not recommend.
6 workers yet only 3 tables open and not even the bar open. Claiming they are understaffed and very rudely explained how they were. The 3 tables had a total of 4 people sitting in them. 6 workers only able to handle 4 customers ? Let us sit at the bar come on. Don’t go here.
The customer service experience was horrible we walked in and no one greeted us. The employees were rude were just staring at us like we were aliens and all their empty tables were dirty. I asked an employee for a rag and he was nice enough to look for one and the other employees told him those are to wipe the tables he cannot give me one and they still kept staring at me and my family like we were aliens. They did not even say Welcome I will be right with you. The worst part is they were not even busy. So disrespectful will not return to this waffle house.

Very friendly wait staff and cook. My visit was very enjoyable from the simple yet delicious Deluxe Chicken Bacon Cheese plate, with Hashbrowns that were scattered, smothered, double covered and chunked. My drink glass never got below the half mark, and the waitress and cook were both laughing and cutting up having fun, which really put me in a good mood. 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone in the area that wants or needs something to eat.
Overall everything good but they did have a slight elevator issue nothing major
