I could eat here everyday! Excellent healthy food and great service. Their chicken is hands-down the BEST. Salads are made to order and chicken can be added. Friendly, efficient staff. Very CLEAN & family friendly.
Kathryn was very patient with me it was lunch hour she had a line. I had to translate the order she did not miss a single item and read it back to me exactly. Exceptional customer service keep up the good work.

Enjoyed my late lunch with my kids. When they got fussy during my ordering process Crystal and her team were amazing offering them stickers and talking to them. The food is always good but it was much appreciated that they didn’t rush me or my children. We ate outside on the covered patio which was clean and empty of other guest. The bathrooms have diaper changing stations and we’re clean as well. We will return.
We did Curbside delivery last night and had a great experience. I wanted to specifically give a shout to Shane, the employee working curbside, who promptly approached us to take our name for the order, checked on the order and kept us updated. I had arrived earlier than my promise time and he was able to get it out to me before then. I really appreciated his attentiveness, positive attitude, and kind demeanor. Working in the restaurant and customer service industry is not always easy and employees like Shane are an integral part of the team, I’m sure! Plus - our food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend :)
Ordered a catered work lunch through here for the first time! I’ve eaten here, but never placed a big order. When I showed up to pick up the order, Anthony had all the utensils, sauces, plates, etc ready for me and carried the order to my car. I last minute placed an order for churros and he was so helpful in ringing those up and making sure they were ready with the food. Always such a pleasant experience at this location!
I just left your restaurant. It was gross. They are serving food while dealing with a flooded floor kitchen. In top of that no one wearing a mask and everyone talking over the food in a crowded kitchen.
Cons: We tried ordering from the app but kept receiving an error message. When I called I learned it was because they were out of fries... need an app update that streamlines ordering. Curbside pickup in the app stated to mark "I'm here" only to state I needed to call inside. They were busy so I ended up going in.Pros: Customer service was friendly. The food was amazing! I added some salt to the Peruvian rice and sweet potato fries but that's just personal taste preference. The chicken was marinated to perfection. I can hardly wait to visit again the next time I'm in the area.
Went for dinner tonight with some friends. Don’t think I have ever seen a restaurant so busy. The cashier recommended their special today which was a family meal with three sides. The green beans were amazing and the chicken so juicy. The yellow sauce is my favorite, I could drink it.
Today was my first time to Viva chicken as a friend brought me. I was unsure on what to order as there were so many delightful things to choose from. The cashier was more than helpful walking me through the menu and explain each dish to me. Great customer service ?
