Very kind baristas, great coffee respectfully prepared. The grit bowl was super tasty and the space was nice. I would definitely come back.
Nice coffee, courteous service, nice atmosphere. First, the coffee quality is good and the baristas make it better. I tried the cold brew, a coffee never exposed to heat but time, to extract the coffee's oils, sugars, and caffeine. It was good and refreshing, perfect for these hot days. The place is excellent, a pleasant atmosphere to work, think or just relax with the company of friends or just a tasty cup of coffee. The baristas tried to explain what you were going to drink. Overall, a good experience. I want to try more coffees.
My favorite little coffee shop. It’s always a chill vibe in there. They’re never out of oat milk and have some of the best Avocado toast I’ve ever had. Oh and the new cinnamon roll latte is delicious
First time going here and I thought this was one of the best coffee's I've had in the Charlotte area. Super smooth and delicious latte. Very cute interior with some high tops, couches, and standard tables. Electrical outlets available. In house restrooms. Cute outdoor deck with seating. Friendly staff. They also offer food items. Little parking lot next to the shop.
The coffee (Ice Vanila Latte woth oat milk) was good, and I highly recommend Grit Bowl(+egg)! It was really delicious :) Also the staff was very helpful and kind.
The matcha at Undercurrent Coffee is flawless! It is not too sweet, delicious and always consistent. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and a favorite spot!
Their latte was delicious! I find most cafes don’t make a good hot latte but this spot nailed it! It’s a cute, cozy spot to sit in too - usually pretty crowded tho
Very good coffee, atmosphere and employees. I love stopping in here after my morning run to grab a cup of coffee. Plus they have a water station to get a cup of water without bugging the workers. Favorite drink is a Latte with Oat Milk and Brown Sugar Vanilla.
Popped in for our after dinner coffees while in the Plaza Midwood area.What a neat place. My husband and son have been here. This was my first time. Really friendly barista’s. I suggest having dinner at Supperland or Calle Sol & then walking it off by heading to Undercurrent Coffee. Kick back & spend some time in this very inspiring coffee shop. Lots of laptops were open. People busy doing their thing. Maybe you’ll be the next great playwright. Stop by and enjoy the cool vibes of this place.
Visited on Monday during a quick trip to Charlotte. Great coffee, friendly staff, and ample amounts of comfy seating! Love the vibe of this place and the brown sugar vanilla latte was delicious. Definitely will be visiting again when I’m in the CLT area
