One of my favorite breakfast spots!

Service was very good and fast. But food was way overpriced for a meat plus two sides. Then they add 3% for paying with a credit card. The meat did not have a good flavor, including a burnt grill taste. House salad was fresh and abundant but veggie must have come straight from a can and just heated.

Food was great. Full all the was back to greenville sc!!

Didn't get a refill of my drink...waited for 20 min for my food so I kinda sipped away. By the time my food arrived at my table I was down to ice ? needless to say first and last time visiting ?

Over priced salmon breakfast $19.25 with coffee!!! Waitress was cool though. Two eggs and grits and toast! Salmon wasn't prepared right. I should have known because another customer sent food back to be cooked again. Over priced had to tip $2 wasn't her fault.

Not an Honest Buisness Practice!!! They trick you in pricing at the register, and not just a little but twice the price! The food was good but they over charged on everything! totally different then how the menue suggest. I was in shock!!!What should have been a $40 breakfast was $72 at the register. The receip did not have the pricing written on it and the guy looked each price up in the menu and was adding extra charges. He proceeded to explain how the price of bacon has went up from $40 to almost $80 when they buy for the resturant. and I said so you take that out on the customer by price gouging after the food is ordered and eaten. These are things they should be explained when ordering food. The menu price doesn't match my bill price. Save your money and go somewhere else!!! Not an Honest Business!!

My family enjoys the Tryon House very regularly. Food quality and value plus friendly service make this a perennial favorite.

Been here several times. Always good food and service.

Tried this place for the first time and I will never go back again. Either their food isn't fresh, or their equipment is old and nobody is cleaning properly. Only took a few bites and left. Needless to say, my stomach has been hurting all day ?

My boyfriend and I found our food to be barely seasoned. We shared pancakes, eggs, hash browns, and fries. He had bacon as well. None of it tasted good enough to finish and we had a lot left by the end of the meal. He didn’t enjoy the coffee much, but we were impressed that they offer dairy free creamer. I did really enjoy the orange juice. Our waiter didn’t care much about my boyfriend’s peanut/tree nut allergy. When we asked for clarity on whether the dairy free creamer was made with almond milk or not, he just shrugged and said “I have no idea”. Our friend spoke up to stress the importance of us knowing the safety of the creamer and he finally asked a coworker (or supervisor) to check for us. The person who checked for us was very friendly. It turned out that the creamer packaging didn’t explicitly mention anything about nuts, so my boyfriend decided to go for it. Luckily, it was safe.To be fair, our friends enjoyed the food and one of them especially thought it was delicious. So it could simply be a matter of taste preferences! However, between how little I liked the food and how our server didn’t seem to care about my bf’s allergy, we won’t be returning.
