Good service and a lot of fun for the whole family and group functions.
Such a fun way to spend your evening! This was our first trip to TG and everyone made us feel special and went out of their way to teach us all about TG. Appetizers and drinks were spot on. Staff was very attentive. We are already planning our next visit!
I was lucky enough to go here as part of a work outing, so I can’t comment on price. However, I can tell you it was a lot of fun! There were a few different programs to play and the tracking worked perfect. The space was modern and clean.

Top Golf near the Charlotte airport was pretty good. Pretty standard, if you’ve seen one… you know the rest. The food was good as usual and the staff was really great. We never had to wait for our server, always stopping by to check on us and bring refills.It’s a little on the pricey side, so it’s not an every weekend kind of place, but always fun.
Sooooo much fun ! ⛳️??♀️Traveled from Greensboro after debating for months on a day out to topgolf. I was not disappointed! When we arrived, being first timers, I was bummed about the 3 hour wait on the waitlist. But time flew by. I would recommend their app and join the waitlist ahead of time.Service was top tier- this was on Father’s day, so it was quite busy. To the point food ordering was on pause due to being backed up, but our bay attendant was so sweet, she gave us nachos for the inconvenience.I bought some merchandise, all reasonably priced in my opinion. Cannot wait to be back!
Such a fun place for a date night or fun night out. Service is great. What I loved was the attention to customer experience. I was looking for a empty spot or table to nurse my baby. A lady who was super busy working the bar saw me and asked what I needed help with. I asked if I could nurse my baby at an empty table and she said “I’ll get a manager to unlock the nursing room for you”. As busy as she was, she hailed down a manager to help me quickly. The manager was nice as well. Nursing room was fully stocked and clean. The waitress was amazing and food was pretty good. I truly appreciate the A1 service.
Our first visit to Topgolf (and we're not golfers lol)... It was great! First of all, if you go on Tuesday, it's half price. Secondly, the people who work there went above and beyond helping us feel welcome and explained how to play. We are already planning to return.If it's your first time, each person pays $5 to set up your account, then you pay by the amount of time. You choose how long you'll be playing, and the screen lets you know how much time you have remaining, plus they give you many opportunities to increase your time. The servers come by frequently to offer food and drinks too. Once you're finished, they'll bring your bill including the golf and food/beverages.
Group of us enjoyed a nice time out. Ordered tons of food and drinks. Food was amazing and drinks were perfect.Our waitress warned us ahead of time that food may take a little longer because of how busy they were, this was nice to get a heads up.The energy of the place toward the later part of the evening definitely was better!
Don't go here for the food. We got pretzel bites after 45 mins and both the cheese and mustard had that pudding skin that comes with hanging out somewhere too long. I posted a picture of my husband's burger. It was crunchy. The hummus was decent though. We'll try the other Top Golf in Charolette but for 180 bucks, this ain't it.
