Tony"s always has the freshest tasting ingredients on their pizzas. We hàve never been disappointed with any pizza we've purchased and we've been going to Tony's for years! We usually just get the cheese because that's what my wife really loves but sometimes I like to go all out and get the works. No matter what pizza you get from Tony's, I promise you'll love it!
Ordered fried ravioli and they were burnt. I eat here quite often, so i know what they are supposed to look like. When I showed them he ate one and said no they are not!!! Clearly they were. He ate one and said no they are not! Instead of saying ok we can make a new batch, he looked at me like I was crazy and had a laugh with everyone else behind counter I just asked for a refund. Which he gave me. I will never go back in that place.
I ordered a pizza over the phone from Tony’s in Ballantyne at 5:13 this evening. When my husband arrived to pick up our pizza, they “did not have the order.” After accusations that we were at fault and must have called a different location (not true - we got the prerecorded message that mispronounces Ballantyne). There was no responsibility, no “I’m sorry, we dropped the ball, let us get that in the oven for you immediately.” Just, no we don’t have that order. I then called and the same woman who took my order answered. I was expressing my disappointment that my five children and I have been waiting an hour for a pizza that we now are not going to get, I asked to speak to a manager and before he came on, I heard him yelling at her that she had not put them off to the side, he said five times she didn’t put them off like he told her to. Then he gets on the phone with me. Tells me they never got the order, I called the wrong number. I told him the woman who answers the phone was the same woman that took my order an hour prior and I would gladly go up there to show him my recent calls which list their store’s phone number and he responded with “we’re slammed.” I said, I can appreciate that, but myself and my children are hungry and sad. I told him he would lose a customer for life. He said okay. I liked their pizza, but now cannot return to a place in which the manager cannot take responsibility for their own shortcomings. Perhaps his attitude is the reason why they don’t have competent staff. Yelling and accusations are no way to conduct business.
Best NY Style pizza in Charlotte. I refuse to go anywhere else for pizza. Coming from NJ, it's hard finding pizza that tastes and looks authentic. So this place has been a godsend. Slices are huge. Staff is friendly and helpful. Their baked ziti is delicious as well! We get our pizza from here at least 3-4 times a month. Amazing place!
Although the pizza needs to be cooked for an extra minute or 2 I still love it and the Italian sub is off the hook... Seriously get the Italian sub

Pizza here is so greasy. The wings are miniature & absolutely disgusting, whatever you do don’t order those.
Would like to thank the whole staff at Tony's! Had around 15 members of my family there for a Birthday get together for my daughter. Ordered two 24 inch pizzas and they were both amazing! Everything tasted fresh and was a hit with everyone. I will definitely be back and I recommend you try this place! Thanks again Tony's!!
The pizza is amazing. The pizza reminds me of my childhood pizzeria from NY. The staff is great and friendly and it’s the only place where they will cut my pizza into small squares which is great for kids birthday parties or if you don’t want the traditional size slices
