I like that this place is small and comfortable. Great for date night, you can hear each other. Wine selection was not the best, but ok.

Every visit to Charlotte deserves at stop a the Wine Loft. Chef Kyle never disappoints. His menu is inventive and delicious. The Bald Brothers were the musical entertainment last night. They are a friendly and talented duo. Everything about this place is fun and welcoming.

Nice chill spot, the live entertainment was actually really good. Nice wine selection and a few food options. It's a small, intimate and quaint environment...can't have much conversation during the band set as it gets a bit loud obviously...but overall, cool spot to check out..
Came here for Charlotte Restaurant Week for the first time!! We had a delightful meal and enjoyed incredible ambiance. The apps were definitely the best part- garlic hummus and pomegranate burrata. YUM!! Can’t wait to come back for more.
Meh.The wine room offers an ambience that should be heavily sought after; however, it drops the ball. The wines were not that great and the service was strange. No one greets you when you walk in and staff seems very unwelcoming nor are they knowledgeable about wine.If in south end skip this establishment.
I have enjoyed my past visits to the wine loft. But the last visit, which will be my last, was very bad. Wednesday night, 3 tables of 2 people, ordered the special and a salad, long long wait and was told the salad was not available, we are talking 30+ to be told no salad. So ordered hummus thinking it would be relatively quick. After 25 more mins, asked where was this appetizer. It finally came out 15 min later. It may have been ok if the server came by even once to check on us. End of the story didn’t get dinner that night, but the wine was good.
This place was everything we wanted for our Friday night date! We got here too early for the live music they have on Fri and Sat, that starts at 8pm. The food was absolutely amazing I recommend the grilled cheese w prosciutto added, it had potato in it too which was genius! We loved the pork belly and honey hummus w pitas appetizers. The honey hummus is a must! The wine flights we tried were affordable and each wine tasted absolutely premium you cannot go wrong. My favorites were the Rock and Vine Cabernet Savignon and the Slam Dunk Zinfandel blend (red). The Limoncello Mascarpone cake was so good that we ordered 2 slices to take home ?. Needless to say we will be back soon!
Food was great, the ambiance is amazing, and wonderful choices of wines and cocktails. I will definitely come again.
