Great staff, amazing food, and affordable pricing. Definitely coming back to eat again.
I had to take off two stars for their horrible attitudes. Especially the black lady who works behind the counter. But the food is pretty good
Food was OK. Brisket sandwich was chopped with sauce instead of sliced and plain. Green beans were out of a can. Good chicken and potato salad.
Yesterday I came in had a nice lunch and decided to come back to try some more things on their menu. I asked the person at the front counter one small question and she started yelling at like I was stupid just because I asked her a question. Terrible way to treat a customer!!! I'm never going back to this place againI went to Viva Chicken just down the road instead. The food there is sooo much better!
Pretty bummed to be writing this review as I’ve been going here since it’ opened for business.Born and raised Charlotte business owner with my own employees so I know what it’s like to run a business. Todays visit was probably the worst customer service I’ve received in 37 years living in Charlotte.The woman and young child working the counter took my order and were very condescending to me when I had to ask multiple times what he was saying because I just couldn’t hear him. She yelled at me for being rude for asking to repeat himself. My friend was baffled along with everyone behind me in line. I clearly did nothing to deserve to be treated like that.After we were seated and waiting for our food. The man with a beard came out guns blazing and yelling at me and my friend about not wanting our business. He didn’t ask our side of the story. He said he didn’t care and believed his employees over anyone. During this entire process we were very calm and trying to explain and apologize but the woman wouldn’t even look at me or respond. She even told me to pay for the drink I grabbed from the beverage cooler even after I already paid for it original but they never gave me. I didn’t argue and paid for it again anyways.Sad to see this business has gone down hill over the years. Will not be returning.
A huge amount of food for the price. Each person I interacted with was polite and very friendly. Everything was delicious and the food arrived within 5 minutes of getting to the table. Great experience.
All of our food was amazing! Nice little spot while we were out driving around. We will for sure be eating here again.
I have been here a few times and this place is great l. Delicious Food, Great Service, and Reasonable Pricing.You definitely need to stop in and try a 1/2 Chicken
