We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton Charlotte. We frequent atlanta's location. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean. We were close by everything. Room service was tasty. I loved the indoor pool. It was so relaxing and clean.
I've been a guest another Ritz and his one looked very dark themed. The lobby area was like the hotel in the John Wick movies. Not very bright and inviting.
Great business hotel, walkable to all the downtown areas. This is one of the more spacious rooms I have had at a Ritz property. Excellent breakfast in the morning at STK in the lobby. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. I have stayed at many properties in Charlotte and this one is by far the best
I had a great spa day at the ritz in charlotte. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The amenities were a tad but underwhelming considering it’s the Ritz and I was unsure of the benefits and purpose of the Himalayan salt room, but the massage was AMAZING. It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Amy was my masseuse and she was just absolutely amazing. I will be coming back in the near future!
Literally some of the WORST service I have ever received. Called this evening to inquire about whether or not reservations were needed for Ths Punch Room (sign still posted outside) & was told no. Walked over to this establishment and was told by valet that it was close and had been since the onset of covid-19. So I called the receptionist to offer respectful construction feedback, that maybe instead of offering information regarding reservations as well as directions to the establishment that they should inform potential patrons that the establishment has been closed since the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and was hung up on. So frustrating, and incredibly unnecessarily rude. Will definitely be reaching out to corporate. I would say don't go here, but I've never been & unfortunately I can't advise to call before attempting to go because some of the employees don't have a problem advising yoy come to an establishment that is not in operation. Smh.
As I write this, I’m wide awake at 2:12AM. I’m not sure how many times I’ve been awakened by the sound of car engines as the locals hot-rod through the streets of Charlotte, revving their engines, but now I can’t go back to sleep - and we’re on the side of the hotel not directly facing the street! Do not stay here without ear plugs. This is louder than any hotel I’ve stayed in, whether London, New York, Boston, etc. The TV system is also poor, with an uncooperative remote, Netflix connection that repeatedly won’t load, and picture that frequently pixelates. The hotel is spotless and the staff very accommodating, as one would expect, but I just can’t give this property a good review. I will not ever stay here again.
Grab a day pass at The Ritz Carlton for $100 with access to all spa facilities, rather it’s for a self care day, girlfriends, or couples day.The best part of this all is they offer Complimentary valet parking available for the day of the treatment, including local guests enjoying the Spa facilities. My time here was divine . What I enjoyed most was the Himalayan pink salt room where it was infused with actual mists of salt in the air that you inhale and could taste it as well .The benefits of this is to clear your airways, provide nutrients & immune boosting minerals. The relaxation was a nice vibe as well with all other amenities included .When it was all said and done we went and enjoyed drinks down in the bar of the Ritz called The K lounge a nice sexy set up .Call into The Ritz-Carlton & ask to be transferred to the Spa Department in order to set up for the day pass, because this information is not listed on the actual website. Go & awaken your senses at The Ritz Carlton Spa.
Our first ever stay at a Ritz-Carlton. This property was outstanding! We were blown away by the outstanding customer service!! We not only highly recommend this brand / property, we swear by it. We will be loyal customers from this point forward. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
Coffee machine in lobby wouldn’t work 2 days in a row. Had to purchase a cup in the restaurant.Hot tub didn’t work. Concierge lounge was closed.Honestly, I like the Marriott Hotel down the road. They have a great breakfast which is less expensive & complimentary coffee.Seems the ritz has aged & not cared for.
The only reason I am giving a 2 star and not 1 is because of one employee who is the only reason we got into our room. When we booked we asked for early check in if possible we were told they would try but guaranteed 4pm check in. We arrived at 2 and no rooms available but again told by 4 we would be in. In the 2 hrs we asked twice about rooms and were told there was nothing they could do and that it wasn't 4 yet. We watched people come in after us and get their rooms, so at 4:15 we spoke with yet another lady who said that rooms are given in the order of guest arrival. When we told her we had been there since 2 and were missing our concert she did everything she could to get us into a room and she did! We only missed the first group of the concert because Starletta actually helped us! I would give her 5 stars!!! We got our room is ready text at 730 pm!! If it wasn't for her we would have wasted the money for the concert and a trip to Charlotte!
