Most unprofessionally place ive ever been to. I ordered food and was told i had to stand outside. I couldnt sit indoors and was assaulted a security guard. Total disrespect from a paying customer. Take your money else where
Rest rooms need help, I like the bar tenders to pour my drink, they don't need they measuring help...if you don't trust them pouring, then your in the wrong business.
Only go to play pool haven’t been on the other side. Good music but not the same as it used to be. Drinks were not worth what we paid. Too many places we can go to play pool and have a good drink for third of the price after all the extra charges
I usually enjoy this place and the waitress and & bar staff are usually nice and attentive but this past Saturday night, 4/9/2022, there was a waitress (maybe white/Hispanic) that walked past me for over an hour. I was sitting near the bar and watched this person check on each person around me, walk past me, made quick eye contact each time, looked away and never once stopped to ask me if I needed anything. A couple then came to my table, the woman having a seat- since I was there alone. I told them about the waitresses attitude and if they wanted something they would need to stop her. When she stopped for them, took their order, she then half glanced over at me asking if I wanted something with an attitude. I have absolutely no clue who this person is. I usually come to PB on a Friday and not Saturday so I’m not sure if I’ve never seen her because she only works on Saturdays or maybe she works a different section on Fridays because I always generally sit near the bar. Nonetheless, she was surprisingly rude. Been coming out there for years and never experienced this type of behavior.
It was straight! Organized and a good vibe! Coming in from out of town good spot to check out! Security a plus and PD on scene to uber any trouble.

Flyer clearly stated Saturday 1.22 EVERYONE free before 11pm. Got there way before 11pm and they charged $10 CASH ONLY. Spoke with who I assume was the owner and he said that the flyer was for Friday night not Saturday and that all the many flyers posted on Facebook and Instagram weren’t “supposed” to be posted. Don’t believe that for one second. Do better. If you just wanted to pocket the money just say that.
I had such a great experience here with GIGi as our waiter for Sunday Dallas Cowboys Football! Gigi was prompt, efficient, and very present as she waited on our party! She knows her craft and gave 100% customer service.. the entire time! Thank you GIGI for your great work!! Will be back and hope to sit in your zone again!
