Fabulous from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. Greeted and welcomed so warmly. Lovely drinks, excellent food. Wonderful service. Well worth the trip!! Hopefully back soon.

We were there for restaurant week and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner.
I was somewhat disappointed with the restaurant. This was our first time ever going to the establishment and wanted to celebrate my birthday there. The hostess greeted us and asked who's birthday is it. I replied and she wished me well. The problem came with the waitress. I felt like we were trying to hard to get information from her as suppose to her selling us on the menu choices. After sitting there studying the menu for roughly 15 minutes, I finally asked for the restaurant week menu. I dont believe she had intentions on giving it to us. My wife asked for a wine glass (moscato) and she couldn't give any details on it. Not even the name of the sample she brought back for her to try. Her answers were short and we felt that her energy was very low. I would expect for from a fine dining establishment. I looked to my left and seen another party celebrate there birthday occasion. Not once did my waitress mention anything about us celebrating my birthday. The food service was quick and spot on. I look at customer service and wonder if I had a different waitress, had my experience been better.
My first time at The Palm. Had dinner during Queenfest restaurant week. Hanna was our server, he was very attentive, friendly, and professional as was all the staff that assisted him. I would definitely recommend The Palm restaurant it was a great evening.
