Food is delicious ?. Today is my second visit here and both times my food was so good. The strawberry lemonade is something that should not even be allowed. I have no clue what this has in it but it may be the very best drink I have ever tasted! On to my food, I had the seafood crack pasta and omg that is exactly what it is. The flavor to this is just amazing. I will say that there is not a ton of shrimp and crab in it but it was sooooooo good! I had the henney hot wings they were fried perfectly! The flavor of these wings is amazing. They are just spicy enough, sauced just enough and trust me you are going to want more! My family is not from here but we do come to Charlotte occasionally. This place is a must stop and eat at. I almost forgot to mention the lovely two young ladies who waited on me and my daughter today. They were very sweet. Service is wonderful and food is even better!!! Mr. Nappy Chief I think it’s time to open a spot in Myrtle beach!!! Thank you all for the great meal today.
This food was absolutely amazing!!! I love it!! You mean to tell me I can get a salmon cheesesteak, wings fries and a drink in a combo. In addition to that EVERYTHING was seasoned to perfection! My mom ordered the turkey burger, wings, fries and drink and loved it! My new favorite place
I went to eat here for the first based upon the star reviews. When I walked in was amazed at how well and professional the owner handled his staff under pressure. I purchased a simple order of Wings fries. How they were presented was wonderful and they tasted excellent. It was a pleasure speaking with you and hearing your story. My husband who is a retired chef tasted your wings and loved them. We prayed for you and I pray that God grants you uncommon favor with your restaurant and your receive the help and support that you most desperately need.
So this was my second time here, I brought my husband here since I liked the food at my initial visit. We came in at 6pm and they close at 7pm. After we ordered our food we sat in a booth while we waited. After several minutes someone brought our food to us. We began eating, we asked for ketchup once and napkins on a separate occasions. After eating half of our meal a gentleman comes up to us and says “his boss” the owner isn’t doing dine in and wanted us to leave. Now this wouldn’t have been a problem had we been told before we started eating. There were no signs up that said take-out only. I just found it rude and unprofessional that you would allow paying guest ($40 meal) to eat half their food before “asking” them to leave. As a people, we must do better. Not to mention we had our 5 year old with us. Needless to say, this was my last time visiting.
I’ve been trying to catch them for a while and I finally got to order from here. It seems their hours may vary but if you can catch them, I highly recommend. Ordered the mambo wings, seafood crack and lemonade. My food was prepared fast and fresh. The wings were delicious and the lemonade was out of this world. The seafood crack was a tiny bit salty but still flavorful. I’ll definitely be back to try the Caribbean turkey burger and po boy!

Best salmon Philly in Charlotte hands down. I always support black owned restaurants and this one did not disappoint. Pull up and support thus great restaurant.
First of all , the food is BUSTING and BLAZING goodT.Me and my baby had Henny wings; those were the bomb! I had salmon cheesesteak and he had the turkey sandwich. The ONLY reason I gave them 4 stars is because we asked for no sauce on the sandwiches and they put sauce on them anyway. I ordered 4 pieces of cake to go; I hope they are delicious as well. Love to see black folk winning ?
Food was great and made to order. I belive they had some new staff so there was a mix up with my order but when I brought it to their attention they were polite and fixed it right away. Definitely going again!
