Food was great ! Service was even better ! Dejha was amazing !! She deserves a raise ! My daughter and I will definitely be back !
Good food, and affordable drink prices along with great staff and a complete karaoke party for the entire family on Fridays at 5pm was beyond fun!

Order online to go. Total spent was $182 (5 tip included because the guy kept saying tip is appreciated) I should've never tip. But I order a family of 4 or something meal. Suppose to come with 2 appetizer and 2 cakes. They never gave me it. (Check your to go bags people!) The sauce (I chose the special one) was extremely salty. The only thing I would say is good Is the crab legs. Other than that, beware!
I have tried a lot of crab boil locations in Charlotte. It seems like every other week another 2 or 5 seem to pop up but there’s one place that stands above the rest and that’s is my go to joint. That’s the Juicy Crab on Tyron in Charlotte. Even the other Juicy crabs are not nearly as consistent as this location. The juicy special sauce on medium is so good I want to lick the plate after. Normally I get crab and shrimp but tonight I just got shrimp and it was phenomenal. Plenty of sauce and even more flavor. Also shout out to the fantastic service from Shayla!

Kevin’s attitude was off from the start. Then he did not clearly explain the minimum two selection until after the bill came and told me “don’t look at that it means nothing” I asked well it shows two selections why am I paying for two crab clusters. In addition, because it showed two minimums for the 2nd order for my daughter I did the crab clusters and sausage . I was charged 15 for the sausage when the menu shows $6 he told me he can not charge for half a lb when the menu shows it. I didn’t bother to ask for a manager because I figured the service and response would be the same but definitely will never return to this location. People want to say support certain businesses when in reality these businesses usually have ppl with bad attitudes

So usually I am SUPER excited to eat crab legs, especially at a place that serves the BEST sauce! I work 12 hr shifts, so I am usually picking up my dinner. Tonight, I had my mind set on crab legs, so I pass 2 Crafty Crabs - 1 closer to my job, and 1 closer to my house - just to come here. The young lady Kaitlyn R who took my order was very pleasant, and she gave great rapport and suggestions and all. However, when I got my meal, I noticed that I was charged for a 4oz of the Juicy Special, never got it. I also ordered EXTRA corn and potatoes, never got it. They just threw my 1lb of snow crabs in a bag and sent me on my way. $6 extra was spent to enhance my meal, and it wasn't giving what it was supposed to give This was NOT the great experience that I'm used to from this place. Disappointing end to my day. ?
