Two women behind counter, but no one wanted to wait on customers in line. When asked of I could order after standing in front of counter without acknowledgment for more than 10 minutes, I was told to wait a minute. Customer service was appalling and employees extremely rude. Given limited eating options early in airport this was quite disappointing and an unnecessary experience to boot. During my presence at least 3 customers were lost due to the above "service"

Stopped here on the way to our next gate as there was no line and the places around it had massive lines. Not a bad decision. Sandwich was good and better than Subway. Bagel was soft and had decent flavor. Dining area was in disarray as it looked like janitorial services does nothing but play catch up all day long- but that’s not the eatery’s fault.

Came here to eat because there was no line, but apparently there was a reason for that.Service was adequate but the food sucked. I ordered a deli turkey bagel sandwich and it rang up for $2 more than the posted price. The sandwich was a few slices of really low quality turkey, drowned with mayo and mustard. The bagel itself wasn't great. The best parts were the lettuce and tomato, which were relatively fresh.Definitely not worth the $13 price tag. Prepackaged airport sandwiches are of better quality.

The Great American Bagel at terminal B Charlotte International Airport was not good. The panini was the worst I have ever had and ended in the trash. Avoid.

Wish I had checked the reviews before I paid 5 dollars for a toasted "bagel" with a "little bit of butter". I opened the wrapper to find butter completely covering the bagel, wrapper, and now my hands. Even better, it wasn't even toasted! Just warm and soaked in butter. Both the employees just watched as I used no less than 15 napkins trying to create something worth eating. (I failed just as they did) would give zero stars if possible

The line was shorter and moved a little faster than the Bojangles line next door. The sesame bagel with cream cheese ($5) I ordered was barely toasted and ate like stale bread that crumbles when you break it apart. They do have 0.99 bottled water though so there’s that.

The worst experience ever, I d rather stand in Starbucks line for 2 hours than dealing with this bagel thing . Staff is rude, rude, rude to all customers. Answering questions in a very bad manner, pretending not to hear, rolling up their eyes when a customer have inquires , you feel like don’t come here again and it wasn’t even noon time to say they are tired. The food is verrrry bad, stiff and no taste it smells soap. Don’t go there.

Absolutely terrible in every way imaginable. I ordered a “grilled cheese panini” ended up with burnt cheese on what I can only describe as a burnt sandwich bun? The floors were dirty, staff seemingly oblivious, and the tables clearly haven’t been cleaned all day/week/month.The photo is where I got to eat. To be honest, it was not the dirtiest seating area by far.Hopefully a manager see's this post and gets it together, and fast. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I question whether that was even food. We were super hungry after a 4-hour flight and bagels sounded perfect. Service via a vending machine would have been more friendly and less depressing that the demoralized employees. We ordered a bacon sunrise on multigrain and two “super bagels” - a cinnamon crunch and blueberry crunch ($21 total). All three tasted exactly the same - like week old bread that never tasted decent to start with. We tried, but ended up tossing them. Truly horrendous. ANYTHING would be better to replace these abysmal, sad distributors of expensive disappointment.

Horrible.. I would have given 2 stars based on the terrible bagels, but I had to give 1 star because of the horrendous customer service.I hope I never get to a point in my life where I am forced to work for a job I hate as much as the lady who takes the order does. STAY AWAY
