This place phone never is working even though they are open they never are once you reach the store. It’s so inconvenient and frustrating that you may not want to order or eat from this place again. I do not recommend this place at all
Should have come read the reviews first. Placed an order on Postmates 3 canceled drivers later we were advised that the location was closed and Postmates.
Terrible I placed an online order drove an hour to pick it up to find out it's closed. Online let me place the order, Google showed they were open. I paid $40 dollars and got NOTHING. Absolutely terrible and of course no way to get ahold of them for my money back. Called no answer left a message, I'm sure no one will call me back for the money so I get to dispute this with my bank and wait However long for my money back.

Terrible!! We placed $58 online order for delivery. We waited 1 1/2 hours past our delivery time, tried to reach the restaurant but only the voicemail picks up. The service on their site to order and pay online is Chownow. After several hours of trying, Chownow couldn't reach The Garbage Can either but would try emailing?!I moved here from Rochester, NY last year, so very excited to find a restaurant that served garbage plates. Seriously disappointed, hungry and angry after spending most of my evening dealing with this and still unsure of when or what I have to do in order to get my $58 refunded!

THIS. PLACE. Perfect anytime you need a good comfort food meal. And owner is a ROC native, so the most authentic plates outside of Rochester. Highly recommend.
