The staff was amazing, but the food was not. I ordered the Scampi Limone and it tasted like a ramen packet beef broth with no lemon or wine flavors. They did bring me lemon wedges, but it didn’t improve it. My partner ordered Marinara with Spaghetti, but it was also inedible. The tables were filthy, old food and hair. We opted to pay, leave the food and go have ice cream for dinner instead. 2 stars are for the wonderful staff who deserved 5.
Had dinner with friends before a concert. Outstanding meals, drinks and desserts. Had a mix of pastas, salads and pizza and none disappointed. We’ll be back soon.
Went there based on unique work station concept, All changed to std. restaurant.. Service 2.5 to 3. Food .01. Tasteless. Very little to no sauce on pasta.. Ran out of IPA on sat. This wed. 23 micro breweries in Charlotte and they don't have beer. Harris Teeter has beer.? What is the value of tasteless.
Serve was amazing and food came out fast. Steven was so kind and attentive to my table. He went above and beyond to provide an excellent dining experience for my party.

Took a while to get seated out on the sidewalk on a Saturday afternoon, but at least we didn't have to wait to order once we got a table.You scan a QR code to open a tab and see the menu to order. Seems like everyone in the party can order individually from their own phones and add it to whatever tab they want (good for mixed groups), but it's annoying you each also have to give your phone number when it already knows which tab you're using.When you're done, you can just pay at your leisure and be on your way.The food was good, but every addition to the basic pasta costs extra, which can easily add up.
QR ordering is not what it's cracked up to be. Appitizers, water, cocktail, entre' don't come in order. Our server was not attentive or personable. A different server, Kat, felt sorry for us and brought our waters and later asked if we needed anything. We called for reservations several hours before and were told "We don't take same day reservations.". Then, we happened to walk past Bella Ciao in route to a different resturant and it was almost empty. Bella Ciao doesn't seem to care if they have customers or not. The food was ok, but nothing special although they have hommade pasta.
This has become our favorite spot now for Italian cuisine, the menu is simple, easy to order and tastes so good, this was the second time trying and we went as two families with friends and everyone liked the food we ordered. Would definitely recommend to my friends or anyone who wanted to have nice Italian food.
Let's start with the restaurant itself. It's very spacey, fun laid back atmosphere, chill music playing in the background, the servers are nice. The food was delicious and a lot. Wasn't expecting the calzone to be that big. I had the shrimp scampi and that was delicious as well. Overall, great place and I'll visit again
