A lovely little bakery with a constantly changing menu each day. Most items are gone once they sellout so get there quick on the weekends. They sell a variety of cookies, brownies, pastries, and other breakfast baked goods. Not too much in the way of cakes though.
Wasn’t in love with the service today (7/13). I could tell the cashier was a little annoyed with me. I politely asked her if she could change out her glove bc I saw her ring up the previous customer and adjust her clothes with the same glove she was about to service me with. I also noticed with the other hand she scratched her head without washing her hands. After changing out her glove, I ordered two slices of coffee cake, a brown sugar pop tart, and the s’mores brownie. I’ve had the coffee cake before. It was so moist and flavorful the first time I had it. Today, it was good but not great. The pop tart was meh and the brownie was too sweet for my liking and had a very hard bottom that I didn’t like. I wanted to like this bakery but I wasn’t impressed with it.
I brought my kids in for a treat and was blown away when I took a nibble of the Oatmeal Cream Pie! It was phenomenal! Their Peanut Butter Brownie was also tasty. It was a little dry but full of flavor! I will definitely be back to soak in more of the lovely atmosphere and try other desserts!! Did I mention the Oatmeal Cream Pie? ??
This is the best bakery in Charlotte. My wife, mom & dad, and co-workers are all obsessed with this place. The chocolate puddle cookies, smores brownies, churro cinnamon buns, oatmeal pies, and everything else are amazing. We ordered our first cake last week and it was incredible as well. I look forward to trying more of the flavors. In addition to the all the treats, Cris and her staff are all extremely nice, accommodating, and Cris is very responsive when placing an order. I can't say enough good things about this bakery.
Oh man. Amazing! I ordered a dozen of the dealers choice cookies for Father's Day and they were the best cookies I've ever had! Cristina was great with the ordering process, so kind and helpful. When we went to pick up, the bakery was so so cute. The staff was attentive and very kind. Such a fun place! My son was in heaven checking out all of the treats. And the golden girls themed bathroom was a nice touch. We will absolutely be back and cannot recommend them enough!
The BEST bakery!! I got a snickerdoodle cupcake and Oreo cookie and WOW. Speechless. So good and so fresh. The employees are so kind and warm and friendly which really made my morning.The establishment itself is absolutely adorable, the best breakfast meetup for a date, friends, family, etc. it is so beautiful inside and has a bunch of great outdoor seating.Highly recommend coming here!!
A must-visit spot in Charlotte! Everything we've tried is incredible and the owner & team are as kind as it gets. It's hard to pick favorite treats from here but the cinnamon roll was what breakfast dreams are made of.
It was a beautiful, big, delicious cake. I’m picky, and they delivered so well. We got the classic chocolate birthday cake. The communication was great too. Very kind and nice people. We ordered less than a week in advance, and they were happy to accommodate us. Thank you!
The Batchmaker is my FAVORITE local spot for sweets. Specifically my must have items are the S'mores brownies and the Oatmeal Cream Pies. I also love the local and small town feel that the bakery provides. The location is cute and quaint. The owner Cris literally treats customers like family and puts so much passion behind what she does. It's also the bakery that I send anyone who visits Charlotte to try.
My boyfriend and I went here and loved it. We went around noon and they didn’t have many options left because they get super busy on the weekends. But they still had the things that we wanted to try. We got snickers bars and chocolate chip cookies and we can’t wait to go back. The inside looks really cute also. I’ll either go during the weekday or get up early to go on the weekends to try other things.
