I do not know if we caught them on a off night or what but I truly don’t understand the 4 stars and some of these reviews. Ordered chicken pad Thai and it is by far the worst pad Thai I have ever had. It is some how bland, while having a horrible flavor and texture all at the same time.
The food is always amazing, great price, and they are the kindest little establishment. Better than Thai taste and basil, price wise, but still packed with flavor and authenticity. Highly recommend if you want the best thai takeout in Charlotte ❤️

I"m so disappointed. The Axios/Charlotte Agenda newsletter said this was one of the topThai places in Charlotte, so we thought we'd give it a shot...even though we are regular customers at both Deejai and Thai Taste. Most of our food went in the trash can, I'm sorry to say. Tom Kah soup was thin and flavorless. Pad Thai, same thing....just no flavor. My husband ordered the Volcano Chicken, and he ate about half of it, then gave up. I ordered Fresh Spring Rolls but got Fried. We won't be back...especially with Thai Taste right down the street, as well as Deejai. Both are FAR superior to this place!! Bummer, because we were hoping to have found a third option. Oh well.
Every time we come here we are amazed by the amount of food and the quality of food! Absolutely Awesome!! We always try a new dish, but we also always get the lettuce wraps for an app, they are delicious, especially with a nice drizzle of the house hot sauce, have never been disappointed here, and usually get it a minimum of every 2 weeks ???
