The service and food was good, we enjoyed ourselves. We would recommend this establishment to our friends and family. We will come again.
Wonderful Thai restaurant! Great ambiance. Very attentive and kind staff. Food was delicious! Made me feel like I was at home with my in-laws enjoying a home cooked Thai meal. Be sure to save room for some sticky rice for dessert!
Good food. Lackluster service.Server snatched my soup away while I was eating it and prematurely dropped the bill. The place isnt even packed so...I'm not even going to review the meal. Will not be coming back.
The first time to try Thai food here, it can only be said to be very ordinary. The food price is high but the taste is not good, I was disappointed with the Pad Thai I ordered. The portion was large, and we couldn't finished it.All in all, the restaurant environment is very good.
Thai House has been around for a long time and their dishes never disappoint. The curry flavor saturates your taste buds with your first bite. Spiciness is adjusted according to your preference and most times they are spot on. If you want it spicier you can ask for additional spicy sauce on the side.To order to go - they ask you to order at the bar counter and then wait outside. It's a nice COVID-19 precaution that they use which I appreciate since I have family that's still high risk. What they didn't mention is that you need to go back inside to check if your order is done. We ended up waiting outside longer than necessary thinking our order would be brought to us outside.I would recommend this place if you need a Thai food fix.
Great place to order. There are off-menu options for vegetarians where some dishes don't list tofu but you can order them that way. The huge hot pots of soup are visually appealing as they burn and keep hot until you eat all of the soup. The soups are delicious and probably my favorite part of the menu. You can't go wrong with the curry or the pad Thai. Be sure to ask for the tray of spices as they don't make the food very hot. That is my only criticism is that you can't get food prepared really hot.
I went with a friend to this restaurant because I haven’t tried it out yet since I moved to Charlotte. I gotta say that the service was good. The waitress really checks on you to see if the food was great and does her job well. I’m giving it a 3 star because the food was a little run down. I got the Pad Kadtiam and I think the dish was missing something that didn’t match to my appeal. I’ll try something else next time but overall great place to dine. Beautiful cultural interiors as well.
One of my all-time favorite. I still have to find a dish that I don't like.Great service. Great food. So much flavor.
LOVED THAI HOUSE! I love Thai food so much and visited here because it was close to my hotel and I really wish I could take this restaurant back home with me. I got the Pad Thai, which had two options, signature or Thai style. I chose to get the signature style because our nice waitress mentioned it was sweeter. It was SO good. I wish I had the words to describe it, but it was the best kind of Pad Thai I’ve ever had.So good!
First of all, as we entered, there was no one who helped us with the seating (though they knew there are ppl waiting to be seated) for about 5 mins, then we had to go and ask for a table. Once we got the table we ordered food. This is where the bad service started, the guy who served the food literally threw all the food at the table, atrocious service, never experienced such a service at any restaurant. He did this for 3 times as he bought our order one by one. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the food was really tasty and we enjoyed every bit of it. It's the bad service which bought the experience down. I hope they take care of their staff and do not repeat the same service with others. Adding few pics for others who want to visit...
