I truly enjoyed the pad thai chicken for lunch. The options were great and the ingredients were fresh. I got medium spice, but it’s a bit spicy for me. Next time I’ll try mild-medium spice. I also added a few more vegetables to the dish and that made it a bit heartier. I’m sure that I’ll have enough leftovers for a few more meals. Overall, I enjoyed the meal and the service.
Excellent!!! I’m Thai but I have been staying in USA for more than a week. I miss Thai food so much! And this place is where my miss is over! It’s just like eating Thai food in Thailand! The staffs are nice, polite, and friendly.
I had a wonderful early dinner of squid tempura and sea food curry (shrimp, scallops, mussels and squid). Everything was great. The food was great; servers came by regularly, and my waiting brought me a cup of tea with my check.
Thai Palace at Tower Place is a solid Thai restaurant with emphasis on service and food. I've been on many occasions and the reason is because the staff does a phenomenal job of helping with recommendations, taking special orders and being expedient. When you arrive, you can't help but to feel that you've traveled to a different time, the decor is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed. The menu is extensive and the descriptions are detailed so you know what to expect. I normally go for the Kang Pa Curry which is one of my favorites or the Thai Roasted chicken. I've always had a great meal just as if it's the first time. There isn't much of a wait time yet they are typically very busy for lunch so set aside at least 45 minutes to eat. This is definitely one of my favorite Thai restaurants in Charlotte and the prices are in line for the quality of food and service you get. Enjoy!
My husband and I were enjoying our dinner with Pad Thai and conversation when we spotted a baby mouse on the floor at the booth across from us. Eck! When I calmly told our waitress, she spotted it as well and freaked out. She tried to tell another server, but he blew her off and said to us, "Yeah, sometimes they leave the door open in the kitchen and they come in." I'm sorry, is that the excuse you're going to stick with? I will never go back to this location, open doors in the kitchen or not...nope, not happening! Enter at your our risk!
First time in Thai restaurants in Charlotte, the food is not much good but you know when ur very hungry you have to eat it. The fries rice was oily. Pad Thai are okey.
My first time here the food was excellent. My Plate was so full that I had enough left for 2 more meals. I ate Pad Thai My first time trying this dish it was so delicious. The staff their are so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was great. I went with my son and daughter in law. I can't wait to go back.
Beautiful restaurant with intricate wood detailing! Service was fast and very nice. We were given a complimentary soup which was delicious, it did have chicken, so vegetarians should be aware. We ordered the pad new mow and green curry which was delicious! It was also pretty busy for lunch on a Monday.
One of my favorite places for Thai food. From Green Curry to Pad Thai, Tom Yum soup to Satay. They have a wide variety of options and the taste is simply amazing. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Do be prepared to pay premium, but it is worth every penny.
We've eaten at Thai House many times and are always pleased. For dining in, service is fast and friendly. The restaurant decor is more up-scale as compared with most local Thai places with lots of carved wood and nice lighting. More importantly, the food is excellent. Standard dishes like pad thai are always pleasers, but there are several dishes that are less common and equally delicious. The soft shell crab, for example, is well worth a try.
