Typically, my partner and I frequent the Thai House in University. However, upon a move to Uptown, the Thai House in Cotswold was increasingly closer. We were met with excellent service from Alicia and staff, as well as quality food. Coming from a southeast asian background, I was impressed with the cream utilized in the Thai tea at the Cotswold location in comparison to University. The cream was lighter, and gentler in terms of drinking it. The tom yum was really buttery. Overall, I would say that it was a great dining experience and we will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

A great Thai place in Charlotte! I loved their pad Thai, the flavor was rich and strong. They have signature(tomato base) and Thai style pad Thai. I got the Thai style, will try the signature next time. We went Saturday morning and they have brunch special menu, which was more like a lunch special on weekdays but the price was great! I didn’t like their lychee Thai ice tea, it was way too sweet and pricey.

Probably the only good Thai place in Charlotte. Bonus: They make everything vegan on request. Yes, that includes all their curries. Their sticky coconut mango rice is to die for.

Enjoyed a great meal with my wife the other night at Thai House. It was our first time, and the service and food were both perfect. I had Beef Pad See Ew, and my vegan wife ordered Tofu Pad See Ew without egg. There were no issues with leaving out the egg, and the noodles were delicious and plentiful. We both enjoyed Thai summer rolls (called Knock-Out Rolls here), mine with shrimp and hers with tofu. Very pleased to have found Thai House, and we look forward to going back.

Great food although they assumed I didn’t want any spice and didn’t add any peppers or chilies to my food which was upsetting because I really wanted that spice.

I have ordered the Green Curry with tofu on 6 separate occasions and EVERY single time it has meat in it. I have called and asked to make sure it was vegan 3 times before ordering and they always guarantee that it is. I am a fool to have trusted them but I feel betrayed.

I got crispy duck. Yuck, it was 95% batter make to look like duck pieces. I removed all batter to see if there is any duck meat all all, some of them were just blobs of fried dough soaked in a sweet and salty curry. I understand the cost of duck had gone up but geez, this is a scam. Tom Kha soup was way below average. Too sweet and too salty at the same time. Yucky. The chicken in the soup seemed like it was thrown in after the fact. The soup was cold. The overly fake-friendly owner/hostess ignored to say anything when she saw my plate full of scraped out dough. Showed her true color. I probably should have returned everything and asked them to replace it but I didn't want to talk to that hostesses. Overall, I would say fast food is healthier than what I got. Highly recommend this place if you are craving diabetes. Never again.

This restaurant is beautiful. The wood work is beautiful. The art work on the walls are gorgeous and the background music transports you. The service was amazing and the food was super delicious. I only took one photo and it's not the best, you must see this place for yourself. We loved everything and will be back again with family and friends!

The flavor was great but I felt the portion size was a little small tonight. I've purchased the same dish to go before and feel like it had more. They did get me seated right away and checked on me often. Really good service.

Excellent service compared to their other branch in University area. Fried rice was less greasy and tasty. Overall a good place we recommend. I am ready to drive 10 miles extra for service the offer.
