Best service and food from any Teriyaki Madness I frequented in other states.Place is kept clean and such a friendly staff that provides great music while dining in.
This place is pretty darn good, it is simple to order, it is quick enough for lunch and dinner rush. The food is amazing and they have a nice unique staple to it. It is always clean, it is also an easily affordable meal if you are on a budget but also want something filling.
Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the menu. The food was incredibly fresh, tasty, and packed in a nice reusable container. They also have a great specials if you come on the right day.
My boyfriend and visited for lunch for the first time. Lisa took our order at the register was so kind and patient with us keeping a smile the whole time. The food was fresh, hot, delicious and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends!
Food was awesome (I ordered the fried tofu over noodles). Staff was super friendly, restaurant was really clean. Only drawback is that they only have one register open to take orders and they take the orders pretty slowlyUpdate: Received canned response from store associate and contradicted himself, saying it was not worth it to add more cashiers to take orders instead of "taking orders to eat in customers."Taking an order should not take 2-3 minutes per person
I regularly eat at Teriyaki Madness and am always impressed with the friendliness of the managers and the efficiency of the staff. At peak times, it can get busy and the line to order can get a bit long, but orders get through correctly and folks are just...plain nice! Prices have thus far stayed stable, which is notable given the increases in chicken, etc. Portion sizes are great. If you are in the area, I highly recommend!
Not what it use to be! I love this place but had stop going for about a year. I work in the same area and decided to grab lunch. I had orange chicken with fried rice and added spicy chicken. With an egg roll first off I only got white rice not fried after paying for fried. I also got teriyaki chicken instead of spicy. I would have taken it back but I’m literally sitting down to eat now (at home) I called and spoke to a lady with an accent who said the owner wouldn’t give me a refund or fix it because it’s been over an hour. I’m just disappointed and after reading how combative the owner is while responding to reviews. No responsibility is being taken and I more than likely won’t patron this place again. Egg roll was perfect and tasty though
Spicy chicken bowl w/ broccoli is the bee’s knees. I come here every weekend and food is always fresh.
I found this small quick service restaurant a few years ago. It is known for their teriyaki bowls. Well I personally love their fire chicken bowl. When entering you go to the counter. Order from the menu, quick and easy. Sit down and they bring your food to you. The chicken was the right amount of spicy and I had mine over white rice. I make a effort to stop by when I'm in the neighborhood.
My first time eating here & I will be back. The food was good, fresh & hot along with good customer service
