My wife went here with me and we both ordered and my drink came out perfectly. My wife’s drink, she ordered a watermelon slush, it was basically pink ice with almost no flavouring in it at all. She ended up taking my drink and I ended up with the “watermelon” slush that’s just basically pure ice. We wanted to get it changed but they have a sign that says they have a no refund policy. It was such a bummer because I loved my drink but they messed up the watermelon slush so bad that my wife took my drink
Been coming for years and will continue but just a fyi for the owner and manager. The staff should not look at people from head to toe when they enter the place. Instead they should greet them. That’s the professional manner needed when in customer service.
The best shop in town! Had a Lychee Milk Tea with Passion Fruit Bursting Bobas and a Bulgogi Bahn Mi and I just started coming back into the office and this is going to be the new spot! I love the variety, the customization, and the prices!
My boyfriend and I really love this place! The atmosphere was incredible and welcoming. The staff is amazing. I loved the kpop songs that were playing and their food and drinks were immaculate. Definitely coming back for a while!
The Mega Mango and Blended Coffee Bubble Tea drinks are excellent. Fried Egg and Lemongrass Chicken Bahn Mi Sandwiches are great as well. Highly recommend.
I’m very disappointed. Will never be going back.I’ve been here multiple times, hate to say it but just feels like it just keeps going down.It seems they are always out of something.Took almost an hour to get two bahn mi sandwich and two drinks. In the many times I’ve been here, I have never waited this long before. They had full staff in the back running around prepping orders. Everyone who came in after were getting their drinks and food before us. They could’ve at least given us our drink and let us know they are still prepping the sandwiches and it’s going to take longer. Instead we had to wait almost an hour. Finally went to ask at the counter (I understand they were busy, but everyone it the back just kind of ignores you and don’t even acknowledge or try to see if you need help when standing in front of the pickup counter) and was told they were still prepping the sandwiches. Finally got our order after a few minutes after we asked. If we didn’t ask we probably won’t ever get it.Very disappointed.
This place was pretty cool. The interior was relaxing- perfect for meeting with friends and working on homework for the student on the go. The tea was really good too! Swrvice was fantastic and the music playing was fitting.
We had ordered vanilla chai, thai tea and oreo crush bubble teas with boba.Taste was great, heard that Mango was great but they are out of stock when we visited.Lines will be big here, so expect that you will stand sometime in Q.
As a family we have a big story behind bubble tea. ...but I will spare You the details. Both strawberry and mango bubble tea were good. They cost at or more than a fancy coffee drink. Feb 2022 $6 a drink. They do taste good though.
Best place near University City to get a bubble tea, just wish the price was a little lower but you get what you pay for.
