Food was great, chole bhature was amazing. My husband really enjoyed the dhal and fish. New favorite, way better than blue taj around the corner.
Decent place for Indian food.Great Ambience and friendly staff.Parota was store bought but it was tasty. Chicken 65 was juicy and I also had shrimp Masala which was good. I will repeat but I would explore other Indian restaurants near by before coming back here.The decorations were good. They had miniature tabla and other beautiful things that added to decor.
My Indian friends recommend this place to me and I ordered takeout at this place for lunch. I love spicy food and I can tell you that their medium spicy Chicken Tikka Masala was spicy! Loved it! To me, it was a little different from other places as it had stronger tomato taste. Other than the chicken Tikka Masala, I also ordered butter naan, lamb biryani( lamb fried rice) and chili paneer, they were all great!
Really yummy food here , Shahi paneer is the best I have ever tasted and their Thali or lunch special on weekdays has very good options . Chicken 65 is amazing and all other starters too . We have dined in many times and even take away orders never end t wrong .
Great authentic Indian food! I'm vegan and they have vegan options to accommodate my needs. The service is good too. I'm not sure what bad experiences everyone else is complaining about, but my server named Ratheesh has been very kind and welcoming to me! Thank you for the service and amazing food here. Namaste.. ?
I placed a rather expensive order here for lunch. They gave me something else other than the goat curry that I ordered. I called to have this corrected and the man told me my order was already ready and hung up on me! I ordered 2 orders of Naan bread and they literally took one piece of Naan bread and cut it in half. I'm beyond disappointed with the service and food at this point. This is what a $100.00 order looks like! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!
The food was amazing! I got the lamb curry and fish masala. They were both seasoned and spiced to perfection. We also got samosas and they were hot and fresh! Def order a mango lassi or yogurt if your spice tolerance is low like me ? The spice is so worth it though!
We love the food from Tabla and had a great experience with their lunch thalis on two separate occasions. As you can tell from the pictures, you are given large thalis with flavorful food. Included are the soup; a choice of an appetizer: samosa or tandoori chicken; naan; a choice of various vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes; papad; and a dessert. We opted to add on the biriyani for an additional cost. It was a fabulous meal with plenty left over to take home. The boneless chicken biriyani is excellent, but the goat biriyani tends to be on the dry side.
The best Indian food restaurant in 28277. The butter chicken n Biryani is so delicious. The service needs to be a little bit better, but overall I have to do a take out or eat there once or twice in 2 weeks.
Superb quality of food. Highy recommend for all varieties of flavor, from spices to herbs, they cater to the taste buds. Must try establishment. Friendly-Welcoming staff. I must say, I'm a such a foodie and this is by far the best tasting Indian restaurant in Charlotte. ?????
