First off I have not paid $21 for 2 ppl in a longgg time lol I thought it was an error especially for how good the food was ?. The place looks like a little basement Diner but the Food , Service and price made up for that. We Whiting eggs and grits and Salmon cake with eggs and grits with cheese and 2 Arnold Palmers and it was $21 dollars y’all and taste FANTASTIC.. I left fat n full…will definitely be back!!
Great food at a great price. Large portions and friendly staff.
Consistently great food! Yesterday, my Dad met me at the West Charlotte High School Reunion with my favorite - livermush and fried sandwich that he asked them to put it on a buttery potato bun, which I never had. Working on a project, I was running behind to meet him and when I got there, my sandwich was still warm and fresh as if I was in the restaurant. I didn't even add the grape jelly like I usually do. It was perfect without it. I ate 2/3 before the event and the last 1/3 afterwards. Delicious!
The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere is friendly for families. Our server was professional and had a good attitude, which is an increasingly difficult thing to find with customers being as demanding as they are. We were pleased. The only thing that could improve is the coffee, which for our taste, is a bit watered down, but that's a matter of tastes.
✅ This place is phenomenal!Parking spaces are very tight and limited, however the service and food is well worth developing the will to come and experience this family-friendly, homemade southern cuisine and atmosphere.Everyone on staff is very humble, polite, and willing to serve. Even the owners are heavily evolved in service and conservation. We highly recommend that if you decide not to dine-in, definitely order something to go.??We look forward to seeing more growth and prosperity from this establishment.
The Food is always good, hot and fresh. The staff is the most pleasant group of people. Just goes to show that if you take care of employees they'll take care of your business.
This old school neighborhood diner is a gem. Everything was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and piping hot when it the the table. My breakfast included 2 eggs, 4 full chicken wings, hash browns and biscuits - all for $12 - and enough for me to take home half for a midnight snack.Great service with staff that know every single local and treat those they don’t know like family.Pass up the chain breakfast spots and enjoy some true hospitality and excellent food.
The only thing good about sunflower is the waitress. The owner is greedy for money. It's customer service is me is terrible. Charging $0.25 for to go cups. Don't like the substitute if they mess up your order don't like the correct you still want you to pay for something they mess up I do not recommend nobody going to spend that money at this greedy establishment
Searching for a local breakfast place near my delivery and ran into this spot. There was parking across the street for my 18 wheeler and one review stood out from the many 5stars, it said: best breakfast in the WORLD! And by gosh that was all i needed to read. Went in. Kept it simple. 2 eggs over medium, hashbrowns and bacon with side of biscuits. And let me tell you. ? the review was 100% correct. IT IS THE BEST BREAKFAST IN THE WORLD!! Definitely making it a regular spot for breakfast when am in the area. Owner just needs to make sure he can work something out with the parking across the street so truck drivers can park while they dine. ?
The service is phenomenal. The food is very tasty. I love their Fried Fish, the amount they give you is great.
