We always love coming to Sullivanâs!
This was my first time at Sullivan's my server was exemplary and I'd go back just for her. The shrimp rolls and crab stuffed were very good.
Everything was delicious! Sullivans is one of our favorite restaurants!
I havenât been to Sullivanâs in about 2yrs, but it nice coming to the same good service and good food.

1 star is a stretch. I would make a long story short, but that's not possible. I came here to celebrate a promotion because I thought this was a 5 star establishment, I even elected to come after restaurant week to avoid the crowd. I made a mistake and this was the WORST dining experience I have ever had. I had a 5pm reservation, I was greeted professionally and the dining experience started off well with the offer of drinks and the menu. After placing our drink orders it went completely DOWNHILL from there. 20 mins after placing the drink order and our waitress not returning to take our food order I noticed there was a meeting commencing on the other side of the restaurant. The gentleman filling the water asked if there was anything he could get us noticing that we were waiting so long. I told him we wanted to order food and to notify our waitress. He had to wave her down in the meeting that we needed service. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. When she came to take our order (with no drinks in hand) she did not apologize for the wait or anything. When she did return with the Lemon Drops, they were terrible. The food arrived.... I got the (5)Crab-stuffed shrimp, I ate one and immediately noticed they were tough and overcooked. Might have to do with the cooks horseplaying the entire time. Its an open kitchen, we could see everything. My friend got the Herb Chicken... It was as if they dropped the salt on it. Her blood pressure is already high, that could have had a stroke eating that mess! The brussel sprouts were shredded, but we tried to get past that... The bacon was burnt that was mixed in.. Like are you serious?! I flagged down the manager STEVEN and informed him of this terrible experience. His response to my complaint about the wait due to the meeting was that they got new managers so they had to have a meeting..WHAT? I reserved the time to dine here and you're telling me your meeting was more important than my experience?? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and 20% off non eaten food
The food was good, but for the price I expected more. Iâm usually a Ruth Chris person and tried something new. Iâll def be going back Ruth Chris.

We did a 5:30 reservation for a party of 4 the final Sunday of Queens Feast Restaurant week. My boyfriend and I went last year, had such a positive experience as first-time visitors due to food quality, service, and promptness of each course, we decided to return this year. Our server, Zay, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, patient and attentive. He handled kitchen issues with our steak in such a respectful and humble matter. Little did we know, it was Zay's very first day on the job! My father was so pleased, he had to let the restaurant manager know personally! Nowadays, genuine quality customer service is rare and few in-between these days (regardless of how "high-end." ) I do not take it for granted. I will definitely go back for happy hour.
