This is not your ordinary Subway.The owner eats, drinks, and breathes Subway and you can see it the minute you walk into the building. Its not just the customer service but the food is so much better than your run of the mill Subway.Certified Subway HOF!!
I came on a good day! There was a corporate employee here by the name of Nidal and he was soooo kind and funny! He was teaching us all about Subway! He made me want to do the line again just to talk to him! I’ll be back here to say hello to him! KEEP HIM SUBWAY!!!

At midtown, a hot Mess poor customer skills by the manager
Guy started out as reg, per sae' but as I began to tell him what I desired in this meatball 12 inch things went south. Ok, I love onions, it took me 3-4 times to ask for these, at one point he took up a hand full and replied, " is this enough? I looks at him, without a smile and says " u don't have to be cute about it" I then says u are only putting like 12 pieces at a time on the sandwich. Heck, I'd pay Xtra if that was the case. I told him at this point, this would be My LAST TIME HERE, he then says, " this cN be ur last time NOW! THAT BROKE THE CAMEL BACK. LIKE FINE, AND I WALKED O.U.T! NASTY FOREIGNER! CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIGHT OUT THE DOOR TOO! THIS IS AT CHARLOTTE TOWN/KINGS DRIVE LOCATION.
