My wife and I enjoyed our 10th anniversary today at Steak 48. This was the best Fine Dining experience I have ever had. Our server Katie had great recommendations. She was attentive caring and very pleasant. She gave me great drink recommendations and was completely knowledgeable about the menu. Our appetizers were prompt and delicious. Our dinner was outstanding, the Crab cakes and Bone in Ribeye that I had was above and beyond! Our sides were some of the best food I've ever tasted!!! The establishment even gifted us a card and gifts for our anniversary! Thank you to everyone involved and thank you to the staff. We will be back!

Double birthday celebration was wonderful! Jamiri (?) server assistant was so informative and had great dinner suggestions. We loved interacting with him as he is a great people person. We canât wait to visit again!!!

Overall from service to food delivery to desert. The experience was excellent from server introduction ( presenting the nightly menu options to food allergies) Started with beautiful garlic bread then colossal shrimp with fresh cocktail sauce and fresh horseradish, BLT wedge salad, sides were huge and excellent and of course 12 filet was awesome and free key lime pie for my anniversary. My new Charlotte steak FAV. Hands down Steak 48 is way above the Ruth Chris and the Palm and same price point. Go see for yourself.

The steaks were absolutely cooked to perfection. The beef was lean, tender and tasty. The sides were excellent. Recommend the cream corn brule, sweet potato, and brussels. Kaitlyn was a great server. Would definitely recommend. Pricy, but I don't mind paying when the food and service were excellent.
