If I could give this Starbucks a higher score, I would would give them 1 million stars. Tonight, they proved to me that not only do they have excellent customer service, they also have integrity!! I had given the team member at the drive through exact change, with an additional $1 for a tip. When she was counting the $$ (btw, I was not watching her, I was looking at my phone) she noticed that I had given her an extra $5. She could have kept it, I didn't know and would not have known if she wouldn't have told me! I told her to put it in her tip jar, she didn't want to, she tried several times to give it back to me.How refreshing to interact with a young lady with integrity! I did not get her name, I wish I would have..she deserves accolades!!Thank you Starbucks, on Prosperity Church Road in Huntersville, NC for hiring such an amazing young lady!!Best Starbucks in the area!! I go to this Starbucks at least 2x per month and they have ALWAYS provided outstanding service!
If I could rate the gentleman I dealt with today zero stars, I would. I went in to get a venti espresso that I order 2x a day and have NEVER had an issue. He wouldn’t do it because he was out of Venti cups. I asked him if he could just put the Venti drink in a Trenta cup, he refused. Said he couldn’t ring it up that way. I’m sorry, I didn’t know you couldn’t communicate with your team and say hey, make this as a Venti but please put it in a Trenta cup. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never go back to this Starbucks. You charge too much for a coffee to not know how to communicate and make a coffee that is on your menu with zero changes.
I literally get the venti mocha cookie crumble daily just love it and always a pleasant experience
Call ahead anywhere these days - Usually like this location but today it’s closed at 5:30pm. I can handle the store being closed for whatever reason which I guess is related to “Covid” but what I don’t like is wasting my gas ?
I get coffee here whenever I have time and although sometimes they get backed up during morning rush the employees are always polite and kind. This is a very cheerful place and everyone deserves to hear how they brighten their customers' day with their great attitudes.
Refused to make a decaf coffee for absolutely no good reason. Never had an issue ordering decaf before.
Very busy. But very quick and efficient. All orders were correct.
The drive thru line was so long that I almost turned around before even ordering, but v I'm so glad I didn't. Service was so fast, everyone was so friendly, and this impossible breakfast sandwich is delicious.
I am a fan of the Impossible breakfast sandwich. This location was the 3rd one I visited that was completely out. Disappointed. Clearly I am not the only fan. Starbucks Please stock more!
