I went around 8:30am on a Sunday morning so there was no line! I’m not a big coffee drinker but wanted to try something different this morning. I asked for a “surprise me” drink that’s dairy free. I got a iced coffee with oat milk and a lemon cake slice. My drink was good and not too strong. I thought the lemon loaf cake was made fresh in store but it comes in a individual slice plastic wrap.

Very polite staff! I had a question about my order because my shaken espresso wasn’t sweet and the person who helped me was extremely helpful. She explained that the classic syrup should be in the coffee already but when I said it still wasn’t very sweet, she offered to add more syrup. I think the size and the amount of shots was why it wasn’t very sweet. She was helpful nonetheless! I hate taking orders back or complaining but she made it a very pleasant fix. I’ve never been disappointed by this location.
My drink had too much milk in it but when I went up and asked for another shot of espresso the man completely understood and fixed it for me. Now it’s perfect! Very nice staff. Calm clean environment.
They were pretty busy when we stopped by. The drive-thru was pretty long so we decided to go inside.There was no wait inside, and we were able to quickly make our order. The employees were very friendly, but very busy.It was unfortunately very messy inside. There were no clean tables and the floor was sticky. Other than that, my drink tasted great and I got it quickly.
Pretty much the only time I go to Starbucks is when I have a meeting with someone. Great WiFi connections, spacious table placement at this location so others are not bothered by our conversation, and clean facilities. Very busy drive-thru. While they didn't quite make my friend's coffee correctly, they did try. This location is quite acceptable for future meetings. They offer a nice selection of brunch-type fare.
It would be nice to be greeted rather than stared at as though you’re an inconvenience. The young man at the counter was kind which is why I even gave this place two stars; however, everyone else needs some customer service training. I remember when I WANTED to come to Starbucks bc of their kind employees … not so much anymore.I came back to say that they do speak, just not towomen I guess ? the men definitely got a perky “good morning… have a good day…” do better and I’m taking my star back!Starbucks at University, this is obviously a common theme among patrons so y’all need to do something about that … won’t be coming here again ???
Put in a mobile order to pick up in store, but when I got there they had a sign on their door that they only had drive thru (didn’t say that in the app, otherwise I would’ve picked somewhere else). The line was one of the worst I’ve ever been in. No joke 45 minutes. Even though I ordered ahead, I had to wait. By the time I got to the window, my drink and food were cold. They need to have something in place for mobile order pickup because it was ridiculous. I know they were clearly dealing with a lot, but after all that it was even worse that I was not acknowledged by the employee. Not even a “here’s your order”. Between lack of staff and lack of service, I’ll never come here again.
I'm so mad right now! I'm just sat in the drive through line for over 20 minutes just to have the cashier make up an order for me. I just wasted $8 for a drink that is disgusting. People taking orders need to ask for clarification if they don't understand or not familiar with specific orders that may not be on the menu. I tried calling four times, but nobody answered.I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with strawberry purée foam which is supposed to be on the top. The cashier lied and said I wanted it inside my drink.
The young man at the window was very pleasant and super Courteous!!! Not to mention his hair matches Starbucks!!!! I love it !!! And the barista did an awesome job on my drink I am very picky and my drink order is sometimes complicated and she definitely did an amazing job on craftsmanship!! Way to go !!!’ 12/14/21
