Extremely slow drive threw, it shouldn’t take 25 min stuck in traffic for a coffee
The fact that they thought this was acceptable to hand me and get an attitude about when I asked him to fix it is ridiculous. Definitely check your food from this location before leaving, it’s really a hit or miss.
This location is too new for me to wait 15 minutes inside to be served to finally get in my car and go through the drive through and wait another 15 and counting. A business that serves customers should be adequately staffed and the customer should not be blamed. I pay for service and convenience so that is what I expect just like you expect me to pay.
I usually give Starbucks 3 stars at most because the staff typically has an attitude, the locations are not clean, and the coffee is very over-priced. This location however gets an extra star because the cleanliness was a step above most others.
This Starbucks is well... your typical starbucks. I wish they could streamline the process like chik fil a. Custom coffee takes time im sure, but a line all the way around the building isnt fun.
when someone greeets you with positive energy you feel welcomed. The location has great energy, they communicate well with each other and shows in the service.
I just stopped by the drive thru and David (at the window) was so amazing!!! Great energy, pleasant, personable, and engaging. Just all around top tier. Reminded me of the commercial “Jake from State Farm”, but with much more (genuine) energy. Keep your ion him is the cream of the crop.
Delicia, an employee working the drive through this morning at the early hour of 7am, had such a wonderful happy spirit that totally made our day. After dealing with back to back canceled flights & 24hrs of traveling, Delicia truly made our day. As a coffee shop owner, it was wonderful to see a barista so motivated and going above & beyond to make customers feel welcome. Delicia deserves a raise, pronto.
The folks leaving negative reviews have no idea what it’s like to work in the service industry. They also seem to have forgotten that we are in a pandemic and have major supply chain issues. Your drinks are just going to take longer, and not just at this Starbucks. Take a single beat to think about the fact that while you would never want to work at Starbucks yourself because you see it as a job below you, you require someone else to be there to serve you your coffee. Be kind to them and TIP regardless of quality of service (you have NO IDEA what folks are going through pandemic or not). Or make coffee at home.
Never again. We have been coming here since they opened because it's near the farmers market. While the staff is pleasant, there have been ongoing issues with 1) slow service (15-20 min. today for two drinks) 2) slow mobile orders. Unless we order 15 minutes before we arrive, we were frequently told they hadn't receive the order yet. This is the only Starbucks in the area we see these consistent problems so I have to assume it's a management issue. It's just not worth dealing with any longer
