Listeeen!!! Hormones have my cravings through the roof. Literally tried calling 2 other starbucks before reaching this one for a particular sandwich. Shelly is who I talked to thank you for being understanding and making sure I received just what my heart desired. Thank you.
They just never get my drink right at this location or at the Harris Teeter on Central. They both correct it w/o issues!!
Don't waste your time or money here. I purchased a strawberry refresher with lemonade and they gave me a water down drink with no strawberries. When I asked them to redo it they game a second water down drink with no strawberries. I declined it and asked for a refund. While there someone walked in complaining about their order as well. Please avoid this Starbucks!
Extremely slow. I ordered 10 mins early and arrived at the time of estimated completion. Still had to wait another 10 mins. NO ONE IS CURRENTLT BEING SERVED! I probably won't come back to this specific Starbucks.
Very very very rude staff. My friend and I drinks had no taste of coffee. I went to the barista and nicely mentioned that the drinks taste diluted and no coffee can be tasted and she rudly replied "oh yes, they both have coffee" and did nothing about it. I felt embarrassed in front of everyone. The drink wasn't cheap but tasted very cheap. I always come to this branch but never again. Sunday 1 pm.
Always nice to go here. See a lot of friends and regulars. The staff is always awesome.The location has a great feel.
Rarely ever take the time to actually post reviews but the baristas here are so personable, kind, and take the time to fix anything thats ever wrong. Even when its super busy in the morning, they're still so cheery and upbeat and nice. I can't get over how great it is to have this kind of energy start my day off. They know their regulars and are just so nice and engaging.
Rude staff member. Discriminatory mask wearing. According to the one employee who determines who wears and who doesnt, If you look to be a teen you dont have to wear a mask. No age limit posted or actual mandated guideline posted. Yet the member decides , determines and enforces who is age to require masks or not. Not along our Governor’s mandate guidelines. PS toddlers without masks are allowed to sit on check out counter. Hmmm….covid safety rating one star. Discrimination 5 stars.
Their service has deteriorated very badly. Their coffee is cold most of the time- that’s why I ask if the coffee is fresh and they will tell yes but it’s cold. Alsothey been closing early with out any notices- very inconsistent!!! Had to return so many times recently.Coffee need to be fresh for what’s our money worth!!!Use to be fav spot. And that manager that was on shift. ( David) has a poor customer service skills. As if he didn’t want to be there. The baristas were friendly.
