This location is one of my favorites in the area and I only have good things to say about them! The order is always correct and quality ? and the employees are polite and quick with your order.The store stays pretty busy in the am, but there's never much of a wait.I would highly recommend.
this is my absolute favorite starbucks in charlotte! the staff is so friendly, they know most all of their customers by name, and they are quick to fix a mistake every time. when it’s busier it can take a bit longer, so i always give myself an extra 10 minutes, but that comes with the territory. overall, a 5/5!
This is not a drive through. Goggle needs to correct that. However the staff is friendly and the service is ex3.

This location used to be along the route of my morning commute but I moved to Uptown. All the Uptown locations are OK but never have the dark roast (my favorite) after 10 AM. I had the opportunity to visit this location today after a few months and it was refreshing to have my normal cup of coffee back. I gave the Uptown locations 3 months to get it right but they couldn't. Sadly, I will have to make the trip to this location each day now to ensure I get the taste expected. The staff here are always pleasant, professional, and efficient. I feel like I have known them forever. Thanks!
This is in my morning commute but I only stop if I have no other option. The drinks are always right and staff is friendly. The restrooms are always clean and the ambiance provides privacy.Unfortunately, I’m always waiting too long for my drink or they skip it altogether and I have to ask.Always give yourself 20-25 minutes, even if you ordered on the app. Not the usual 10-15 minute wait at my local Starbucks.

the staff are nice but they are also extremely loud talking about their personal lives and they keep the temperature below 65 degrees which does not make it a conducive work environment.
Needs a mobile order parking spot and better vibes
I placed a mobile order. As I was walking in, the lady asked if I had a mask and I told her no but I was just picking up my order. She proceed to give me one, and I took it. I was in there all of 3 mins, because they had to fix my drink. But within that 3 min time frame, 3 other people walked in, of Caucasian decent, and no one said anything to them about having a mask. It’s very unbalanced and very suspicious that out of the 4 people that walk in without a mask, only the black person is spoken to. And there was a Caucasian lady sitting by the window without a mask on, just staring. I’m not sure if the assumption is that since I’m black, I’m not vaccinated. I also wasn’t aware that the local laws had changed again to where even fully vaccinated people have to wear a mask. But it left me feeling very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and slighted, to know that I was the only black person called out about having on a mask. And I watched two of the other Caucasians walk out with their drink and no mask given to them.
