Nicest atmosphere if you want to sit and work here, but if you’re looking for fast service, this is the worst one. I came in and it took 15 minutes for a cold brew drink to be made, with hardly any people in line. I keep trying to give this place chances to see if their wait time improves, but it hasn’t gotten better. Employees just had no sense of urgency. Bathrooms are usually dirty as well.

I rarely write reviews, but there is a reason why I am so loyal to the Starbucks in general, but the service on East BLVD is nothing short of phenomenal. Unfortunately, my carrier forgot a part of my order, so therefor I called in to see if the items were sitting on the counter. Even with all the high volume traffic in the background, Xavier answered the phone with five star service and still made me feel catered to while also juggling the Starbucks family in the background. It was more than appreciated! Thank you, Xavier!

Service is always very friendly but this place is filthy! I’ve gone there to work a few times and regardless of where I sit, it’s terribly dirty. Today I sat on the downstairs portion near the door and the seating area had so much dirt, hair and even cobwebs buildup in the corners. The floor was completely nasty. You can tell when a place has been busy versus it just hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long while.

Genuinely confused as to how this store isn't rated a 1. This entire location should be demolished and left in the past. The service, as a whole, terrible. The wait times, absurd. The attitude of the employees, surprising (how terrible.)All that aside, which is a lot to put aside. The cleanliness of this place is ABYSMAL. I won't dive into the actual cafe environment itself, I don't have enough words for sad, empty, cluttered, drafty and dirty.I will however point to the bathrooms, in which I'm attaching the photos. (sorry, gross I know.) If this was a one-off, that would be one thing. However, I walk to this location and it is always FILTH. You would find cleaner bathrooms at the abandoned Shell station in your hometown. I would be absolutely embarrassed to the managing party responsible for any of this. These photos aren't even the worst I've come across.Save your money, go find another location (literally any.)Again, it doesn't matter if you are there at the start of the day, mid-day, off time, or closing. My girlfriend and I grabbed Starbucks today and it was good, but it has been better. Overall, I'm not disappointed when we go, but some days they're better than others. I find that the days where they're excellent really depends on what staff is in that day. They're all really friendly though!

Always out of something. This time it was cold brew, COLD BREW. How are you out of that as a coffee shop? Offered to use iced coffee for my drink instead. I was the only customer in line ordering. After placing my order, I sat and waited 5 min for them to make it before walking back over to the counter to grab my drink… only to notice it hasn’t even been made yet. The 3 girls working were congregating by the back counter talking away. I was completely ignored for a solid 3 minutes until a girl finally walked over and said “can I help you with something”? Like YEAH, my drink I ordered 10 minutes ago that no one has even bothered to make yet. I’m an avid Starbucks go-er and this was by far my worst experience. I work in customer service, and I would be extremely disappointed to know I had employees under me that treated customers like this. Will not be returning.

I always get the best service here and the staff is amongst the friendliest in the world. I can say that cos I've been to a few Starbucks as far as the Far East! Keep doing amazing!

I only recently started frequenting this location when we moved our office to Dilworth - I'm not much of a review writer, but as a manager myself I think outstanding employees deserve credit and recognition for their hard work. Xavier is on staff nearly every morning shift that I stop in and their smile and positivity is infectious. They have always been accommodating and helpful with any of my food orders when my usual items are out of stock, always cheerful, making a light hearted joke, and the iconic "Have a great day!!." I hope this team recognizes Xavier for being such a positive and wonderful person.

Placed my order on my app went to get my regular white mocha. Asked for a seasonal cup they said they could not because my drink was not seasonal. I told them to put a shot of peppermint to make it a seasonal drink, they refused. I cancelled my order and went away. They lost a customer for good what bad customer service losing a customer over a seasonal cup.

Staff was very rude regarding covid policies with mask. SomeOf them don’t where it over their nose and yet we are told we have them to wear. Please have a consistent policy with your employees at this location.
