I requested lite ice and I got all the ice; however My drink is tasty. I will visit again to see if this will happen again. The barista with green hair is nice.

Normally I would give this location five stars but today they get one. I wouldn't give it any stars but you have to give it at least one star and that's the only reason they're getting one today. I ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage. I've written exactly how the website describes this drink but my drink was nothing like this and I order it all the time. The lady that took my order told me that they didn't have the crunchy caramel sugar topping which is disappointing in itself but not add the buttery caramel syrup or the dark caramel sauce it is unacceptable. I noticed the color of it was very white instead of a creamy brown like it normally is but I didn't say anything because I had been there long enough. They were very slow getting out orders too. I threw the drink away before l thought to write a review so I don't have any pictures to show but I do have the receipt. As I tasted it and drunk some of it l felt all I was drinking was ice and milk. If l had wanted that I could have went home and made it myself. I understand they didn't have the caramel crunch but they could have at least put more caramel drizzle on it to make up for it. I am very disappointed at this particular location. I hope the expiration date ink on the avocado spread containers is non-toxic cause it keeps getting on my food when they put it in the same bag. I called 1-800-Starbucks but they didn’t do anything cause this happened once before. Whatever. Hope that $4.65 for a new egg bites was worth the bad publicity.
Not a bad Starbucks location, however my lattes the past two times have definitely been lacking, with a lot of room left in the cup that could have been filled with more liquid. Also at 6am it is chaotic inside, with loading and stocking going on. My advice, don't come until 7am for a smoother experience.
This Starbucks is super convenient for me BUT more often than not, the coffees are so full of foam, I'm paying for the larger size but getting a size down in actual coffee. It's so frustrating. I have learned to specifically say " no foam" when I order & hope that it's an actual full cup of coffee. The employees are super nice though and the location is great! Just wish you didn't get half a cup of foam when you order coffee. ?
This keeps happening so I have to write a review. I use mobile order because I typically need to get back to my workplace. Well, the printer they use for printing out the order stickers must be off because if I order "7 pumps vanilla" in my venti coffee, I'll taste it and it's bitter. I look at the sticker and the left side is cut off so it looks like "1 pumps vanilla". Really? Who wants a single pump of syrup in their 24 ounce coffee? Please fix your printer.
