Sarah has BEYOND excellent customer service…The drinks are a little messy (We started drinking before We were out the door!?) Sarah knows exactly how to make the drinks (Especially mine??) and she even helped me to find my type of drink as a first timer in under A MINUTE!! 15/10 SARAH ‼️?Environment overall is very warm and welcoming I instantly felt welcomed when I came in and its very clean!! Definitely would recommend.
The staff are pleasant, professional, and efficient. I look forward to saying hello each morning/afternoon/evening when getting my coffee. My only problem is the availability of dark roast coffee, but that seems to be a universal Starbucks issue handled through corporate. It appears that Dark Roast is not available after a certain time but that time is unknown. The app will always allow you to place an order for dark roast, but when I pick up the coffee it's not dark roast. Sorry, but a "pour over" is not the same nor does it have the same taste. Pike Roast is the alternative but not that level of coffee I need. Hope they start offering dark roast later in the day instead of just early am.
Nice Starbucks location and cool atmosphere. Just needed to be a bit cleaner when we were there. Other than that, standard experience with accurate order and timely service.
We are from Ohio , spending the holiday here, totally forgot to get breakfast foods for Christmas morning & was super glad this place was open & all the employees had a smile in their faces!!!! Thank you for sharing some of your Christmas to serve others in need!
Wish the smokers wouldn't smoke right at the front entrance. It presents an issue for anyone sensitive to it and if you are wearing a mask the smell stays in your mask for a good while.
The team here is so friendly and helpful. For it to be so early and them to be so on it, I was so encouraged and felt like it jump started my day getting to meet them!

My preferred Starbucks in the Charlotte area. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very personable with majority of the customers at this location.
