So sorry if this is personal for a review but about 2 months ago we unexpectedly lost our sweet dog and I just needed to stay out of my house as much as possible. I thought I could at least make it to the Starbucks drive through without breaking down but as soon as I pulled up the window and saw the pictures of the dogs I immediately broke down. The woman at the window was so kind, told me she was so sorry and asked how she could help, and gave me a couple of gift cards. I know that seems like not a big deal but to me on that day it meant everything. I actually went in there in person for first time today and every single employee greeted me and asked how I was. I'm with my children full time so I don't go too many places alone these days but this will forever be my go to spot when I need some peace (and some great service). Thank you!
The hours on Google are incorrect. It lists the drive-thru as closing at 8:30 pm Monday through Friday and 9:30 pm on weekends, and these hours were confirmed by the business one week ago. When I went through the drive-thru this evening (a Saturday), they said they closed at 8. The drinks from this location are usually not very good and the customer service is always very marginal.
Excellent customer service. But they where out of any kind of black tea, my friend was so disappointed; we went to McDonald's!
By far the worse customer service of any starbucks in the chatlotte Area both shifts lied about the company policy for catering and didn't want to give me corporate number I will not put there names in here but you shouldn't have rude people with racist undertones at your location in this area this will not help your business. The most disrespectful employees work here buyer beware go to the Park town location or East Blvd if you want to be treated with respect.
Really nice Starbucks, but ridiculously long drive thru line and very little parking in the parking lot.
Its a pretty good Starbucks. Great size with a second floor, they're drinks were good, staff was kind and overall just a nice calm experience. Only downside someone may see here is that they are usually pretty busy at this location so if you want something quicker try another if you have the time :)
I love coming to this Starbucks as everybody here is super friendly. I’ve been regulars at many coffee places through my travels and the consistency here is ??
Worst Starbucks in America… employees are delusional after you been in line 35 minutes and at the window for 10 they come ask you what did you order. Then they make it wrong and look at you like you’re the problem.
Starbucks was nice.. Starbucks was cheery.. I went to Starbucks with my special deary. She had coffee of some fruity variety.. I just decided no coffee Me. I'd just.. Try a Tea.. Our order was searved.. By a young man with a brite big smile.. A courteous manner And With flair and with style.. His poney tail looked soft and oh so shiny.. Told my wife I want one and then I got all whiney. So we had our drinks.. Made merriment with the staff.. All those young poney tails.. They Did make us laff.. A great nite was had for us and these memories well keep...We tipped well.. Cause hair product.. Well it ain't cheap. Starbucks is coffee.. Can be bought anywhere.. But the staff here.. Are nice.. And they seem to really care. That is my story.. That is my tale.. Come here.. Enjoy.. And tip well. The life you save.. WILL have a poney tail..The end
Really dirty store. This location needs some help - it’s constantly dirty, slow and none of the employees seem happy.
