Very bad costumer service bad experience There are no services in this place befitting the size of this big and prestigious name Starbucks, so the taste of coffee and its composition can be found in all its branches except for that location the employee ( Katherine ) who is not good at dealing with the pioneers of this place and her bad style in dealing with customers does not encourage hesitation to this place again !!!
Great service and fun atmosphere. Feels more like local coffee shop than a Starbucks while still having the great quality I expect. I always see a lot of the same people, the baristas are friendly and get to know the customers. It’s my new favorite spot!
I live in Matthews, work in Ballantyne and this is the second time I placed my online order 20 min before arrival, at 9:11am. The app stated it would be ready at 9:31am. I arrived at 9:25am and entered to pick up my order. I witnessed all walk in orders getting out before mine. They got my hot sandwich out early but my coffee order came out nearly 30 minutes later. I understand they only had two employees working, however aren't they supposed to work in the order in which it was received? This is the second time we have waited almost an hour! AND it made me late to work. Unacceptable!
This location used to be my go-to every morning before work, but the service has gone downhill big time recently, so much so that I completely switched to the much better Piper Glen location. This morning, the app would not let me order ahead at the Piper Glen location, so I decided to give the Stonecrest store another shot. I ordered ahead on the app at 6:56 am, which said 3-6 min pickup time, and did not receive my order (iced coffee and chocolate croissant) until 7:12am almost 20 min later. Meanwhile several people walked in, ordered at the counter, and received their order before I got mine. I asked several people about my order, and all they could say was "it's coming". No apologies, no thanks for my patience, just "its coming". Avoid this location at all costs if you are in any kind of hurry.
30 minutes to get my stupid cup of coffe with low traffic and after me mentioning it to the associates that work there. Then got my coffee to. Dripping all over the place. Got my car filled with coffee same with my clothes. Ruined my weekend, Thank you Starbucks for nothing
The staff Here was so fast and friendly. They made helpful suggestions. the interior was nicely decorated for the holidays.. Everything was just as a Starbucks should be. It made us feel like we were back at home. It's too bad we don't live closer cause you would come here often.

Literally never made my drink properly. Warmed up my food when I asked for them to not warm it (I was going to warm it up later and warming it up makes it soggy on my drive)
