Always running out of products. Came one day they didn't have any strawberry products. Came back the next week they still didn't have any, then two days later. They still didn't have any.
Ordered a blonde vanilla latte with almond milk. Barista used regular milk, and it’s disgusting.
Saw the guy making the drinks resteam a ladies drink when she complained it was cold. That can’t be sanitary? Both drinks I ordered were undrinkable, but they turned the lights off right after so I couldn’t get them fixed.
The lady at the register has terrible customer service. Not an ounce of niceness in that woman.
I love that this Starbucks is inside a Target but it’s hit or miss with this location. Lines are always long but never really issues with the drinks just have to actually order first. They tend to run out of stuff a lot at this location but that could be due to being in Target. I stopped by one day last week and they had closed up at like 6 or 7pm. I just wished the app showed that before I drove there

I come here at least twice a week. They never have caramel. 1 lady in particular is very rude to customers, short hair with a black bonnet. She over talks her coworkers and steps in to answer for them when they’re asked a question. She says things in a way where I feel and other customers whom I have spoke to her about this Starbucks, it’s as if she means to offend the customer so she doesn’t have to work…
Usually they were pretty good but this past week I’ve waited 30+ minutes and my drink was terrible.
