Not your USUAL Starbucks customer service. I had a mobile order, went to the store and my order was out of stock. I asked the cashier and was told "your order will automatically show as unavailable and credit back to you". I left, but felt like that answer didnt make sense. I called back spoke to someone else that said I had to come back to get a refund. I left work, went back, got the refund with no apology for the extra unnecessary trip and no question if I wanted anything else. Thumbs down to the Arbors Starbucks.
I always like to come here on some of my days off to regroup and get homework done. The staff is always nice and they’re always super quick. I love the comfort and the vibe I get over here.

In entire united states this is the only Starbucks that never operate properly.We are always seeing Sorry notice on the door.In most of my visits people will be inside but they closes the store for some reasons.This is so disappointing.Management should take some action to eliminate these issues.

Wow, what can I say. I have visited this Starbucks at least 5x in the past month (I work nearby). Despite me ordering online 15 minutes prior to starting my commute, my order is rarely ready when I arrive, correct or hot. I have repeatedly been given incorrect orders and cold coffee.A few days ago it was mid morning and they were completely closed. Disappointing. The only bad Starbucks experiences I have ever had
