So I spend almost $1,000 a month at this particular Starbucks, going 2 or sometimes even 3 times a day. I order the exact same drink every time for myself. I ask for it to be made a specific way but it’s not like rocket science, it’s a venti cup filled half way up with a tall white chocolate mocha and the other half with whip and a ton of caramel crunch topping which I get charged a little extra for. I have no problem paying whatever extra amount they think is appropriate for the extra crunch topping. Anyway, I’ve had to send my drink back several times to be remade correctly and I’ll hear different members of the staff talking smack about me because I want my drink made right. I’m sorry but if I’m spending that kind of money somewhere I expect to get what I am paying for. So because I expect my drink and food to be made right and return it when it’s not and because I have gotten frustrated when I’ve heard the staff making rude comments about me I have basically been told I’m not welcome there. Keep in mind when my drink is right I tip 2, 5, and sometimes even 10 dollars. I’m just saying, don’t expect your money or loyalty to matter at this particular location.
Hi! I’m a regular who come to this location I’m very pleased with my service the staff is so friendly and nice but have to point out two that really stand out to me Melanie and Meg these two are fabulous they always go the extra mile for me with my order and also getting it right thank you for getting my iced Vinte skinny vanilla latte correct I know there’s a lot of steps of how I like it but they are very patient with me thank you ?Halla Abraham
Everyone here is wonderful and friendly. Except for the girl who’s name rhymes with Shmelanie. She’s the worst. But everyone else is chill.
I love this location and the people who work there are very professional and friendly, but their opening hours have become completely unreliable. I never know if they will be open or closed when I go there. I’d love to know why they close so frequently and so randomly in the middle of the day.
I usually love this Starbucks and go here before work almost everyday. It sucks because this was the store easiest convenience for me. However, their hours are very misleading. Half of the time I go to grab coffee before work they are closed when on google and starbucks.com it says they are open. Please change this. Also, I don’t know what was going on with one of their employees at the drive thru window today, she was very rude and kept talking & laughing to her coworker in front of me. On top of that her rude tone and mannerisms were awful. Very unprofessional and disappointing…
I have tried going to this Starbucks 3 times this week & every time I check online to see if they are open (bc they have frequent closures for unknown reasons) & it always says they’re open, but when I arrive to the location they are closed. It is 4:30 pm on a Tuesday, why are you closed again? Update your website hours bc they’re misleading. This is extremely frustrating & a waste of my time.
The Starbucks at Waverly has been my favorite location since they opened. They have a drive thru and have gotten my order right every single time. They are knowledgeable about the menu and ate always extremely friendly...even at 6AM.
Just attempted to visit at a little after 4 pm today, but they were locked up and had the drive-thru blocked and a sign stating that they were closing at 3 pm now. This was interesting and quite annoying, since the Starbucks app still says that they are open til 9pm. Wonder what's going on with that?!
Good job on keeping the place looking clean. Friendly staff. Cool vibes. Can't complain. Well the lines can be hella long.... But they're taking from Chick FIL As playbook and keeping someone with an ipad outside. That helps.
